#2 All sorts of questions on this one. First, the ethnic Masalit people have tried not to take sides in the civil war in Darfur. The RSF have not previously attacked this ethnicity. Why they should now is questionable. Second, the claim that the Janjaweed, an Islamic force headed by riverine Arab military are now a part of the RSF really requires investigation. The European Union condemnation can be considered the usual European blather.
