#1 By definition, you can't "see" a black hole; no light escapes from it. They observed evidence it was there.

#4 i like the pic of the rev. it made me chuckle. ages ago i was going from Melbourne fl. to wash dc via Atlanta. In Atlanta i was bumped to first class and seated behind a rev Abernathy who was traveling first class to participate in the 'poor mans march'.
