#2 After two full years of fighting, the EU is "close to" an "agreement." What a bunch of ineffective clowns.

Reminds me of MAD magazine's account of a business meeting to deal with the other side of the room being on fire. Meeting ended with no agreement on what to do but scheduled another meeting to follow up on the problem.
