#5 ^^^ Far far worse than any Dem city in the US. I crossed paths with an old guy from Haiti. He was one vicious old man. Everyone said he would kill in a heart beat for the smallest reason. I heard he finally was arrested and set for deportation. They said it took five cops to get the old Haitian in custody using tasers, pepper spray and an all out brawl.
