As was said yesterday.
Hunter, having been given immunity, now has no legal excuse / coverage to avoid testifying at any trial.

Once subpoenaed as a witness against for those indicted, he must tell the truth or face contempt and or perjury chargers.

This includes his own family members crimes. Like rumors, that Dr. Jill was playing president. Having brain numb JB to sign Executive Orders, or donate $$$$$ in certain directions/pockets.

Refusing to provide info or testify, will have him charged for crimes he was not pardoned for by daddy.

#6 Joe's justification for pardoning Hunter was actually pretty reasonable --- if he had only pardoned him for the gun paperwork and tax delinquency. But of course, the real reason for the pardon was to keep Hunter from making deals that would implicate Pop (and himself) on many other, more serious crimes.
