Really. Just a few days ago he was banging the drum to send everything and reserves to Ukraine.

I apologize for not remembering off the top of my head, but somebody here crunched some numbers which aligned with an article a couple days later that, yeah, that's about 5,000 soldiers and 30 tanks.
