#3 If the South Korean government can read 'The Handwriting On The Wall' they would double or triple such exports of rare Earth metals to their U.S. partners! The Chicoms are quietly smuggling resources and dual use mechanics to North Korea as a hedge to U.S. interests in the region, just as they have been caught supplying intel and sub parts to the Houthis against the U.S. and Israel!
