#7 The three equal branches are only equal at the top. This has gotten out of control and Roberts has added gas to the fire. Lower court judges now believe they are equal to the president in policy, like a child, they toss their constitutional beliefs and stop a president. The supreme court is equal to a president . One congressman is not a president and one lower court judge is not a supreme court justice. This now vigalantism is going to drive the president into ignoring the lower courts and saying they will not honor the lower courts until the supreme court acts, meaning Roberts is now going to have to adjudicate EVERY immigration effort personally.
