Henry was released without bond but may be ordered to undergo psychiatric or medical treatment

Gabrielian, an anesthesiologist at Johns Hopkins, was released on a $500,000 unsecured bond and was forced to give up her passport alongside Henry

Gabrielian was allegedly fueled by her patriotism for Russia, and told Henry not be a 'coward' when she expressed concerns about violating HIPPA
