#1 Acquiring helicopters is one thing. Maintaining and operating them is another. Many pitfalls await anyone who would defy gravity in such a crude way.

#2 Doesn’t sound like they were American made. Perhaps getting the pilots some flight hours before loading them up with passengers would have been advisable. Looks like F= ma was proven yet again.
