#1 How's that $15-20 minimum wage working out for ya?

#2 You can still make a hamburger for $1 at home. The catch is you have to shop and actually cook the burger.

Out of reach for the people who call 911 because McD's is out of chicken nuggets.

#3 Not lovin' it! Furious McDonald's customers take to social media after IT outage left them unable to order food

#4 Where CNN takes a second to notice that prices are totally up from three years ago and businesses across the board are sucking it, but its a mystery!

I hope those people losing it because of their addiction to fast food are the same people who three years ago were calling for electronic automation and a cashless system.

#5 I went into a McD's store and they wanted me to "create an account" with my email address.

I walked out.

#6 I remember the sign bragging 25 cent burgers and 25 cent drinks and fries.

But that was when min wage was $2 per/hr.
Now with a average pay $10 ... 5x25 =1.25. The prices don't reflect the 5x scale... but more like 8x.

Could state & fed massive tax increases since the 70's be playing role also?

#7 Yes. Inflation affects your salary or hourly wage. Seems prices always outstrip that...

#8 I have gone to registering suckoff@fuckyou.com. It's not a valid domain but lots of sites take it.

#9  I remember the sign bragging 25 cent burgers and 25 cent drinks and fries.

That's when we were on the gold/silver standard. According to today's market that quarter is worth $4.58 cents. It's not more expensive, in fact cheaper. It's the money we use is worthless.

#10 No, no. Don't you understand that all the price increases are due to corporate greed, and not due to increased minimum wages and supplier price increases?

#16 ...Went to McDs the other night - had planned to cook dinner, but a minor family issue came up and by the time it was solved, it was just too doggoned late.

1 Filet-o-Fish Meal.
1 10 pc. McNuggets.

Just shy of $22.00.

#17 I stick with the o'25, hamburger, small drink and small fries. With tax it comes to about $5.25. Based upon the value of 3 silver quarters that should be $13.48.

#19 Haven't ordered a drink from a McD in many decades. When I order something there (very rarely nowadays) I drink water or soda that I keep in my car. Most McD's will give you a free cup of ice water. I like their fish sandwich but it's almost $5 now. During this Lent McDs offers a 2/$6 deal. I have since resorted to rolling my own. I buy Gorton's frozen fish sandwich size fillets and burger buns from Aldi's (8 for $1.49).

#20 I can get a nice half pound swordfish steak for $15. Yes, I have to light the charcoal and turn it. Still better than McD's

#21 Pretty sure the place I buy the fish from isn't contributing to child mutilation.
