[AlAhram] A nationwide state of emergency was extended for a further three months starting 14 July, following parliamentary approval on Sunday.
The ongoing state of emergency was extended by a presidential decree issued by President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi but was pending approval by parliament.
The decree authorizes the army and police to undertake necessary procedures to combat terrorism in order to preserve the safety of citizens and public properties across the nation.
The state of emergency was first imposed in April 2017 after two terrorist church bombings killed 47 people.
A decree to lengthen the emergency state was issued in October and extended again in January and April.
According to the Egyptian constitution, a state of emergency cannot exceed six months from its date of declaration and decrees imposing or extending it should be approved by the parliament.
[DAWN] Nearly 300 Ottoman Turkish diplomats have sought asylum in Germany since a failed coup in The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire.... in July 2016, a German newspaper reported on Saturday.
Data from the German interior ministry showed 1,177 Turks with diplomatic status or official credentials, including the spouses and children of diplomats, had requested asylum, the Welt am Sonntag newspaper said. No comment was immediately available from the ministry.
Following the coup attempt, Turkey has tossed in the slammer Maw! They're comin' to get me, Maw! more than 40,000 people and sacked or suspended more than 100,000 in the military, civil service and private sector.
Germany’s mainstream parties have been outspoken critics of Turkey’s crackdown. Turkey in turn has pressed Germany repeatedly to hand over people it believes were involved in the coup.

The country’s electoral board (YSK) is yet to announce the official results of the election but the state-run Anadolu Agency reports that after counting 97 percent of votes, Erdogan is sitting on 52.62 percent while his key political opponent Muharrem Ince is estimated to trailing behind on 30.76.
It is thought the pro-Kurdish Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) will exceed the 10 percent threshold needed to enter parliament.
At an estimated 11 percent, the HDP will hold 46 seats becoming the second largest opposition party in the new chamber.
Erdogan called a snap election in April, bringing the original poll date forward from November 2019.

It was unclear if Trump was advocating an expansion of the provision that allows expedited removals of illegal immigrants colonists at or near the U.S. border, a policy his administration has embraced since he took office. Nor did Trump differentiate between illegal immigrants colonists and people who entered the United States to seek asylum protection.
The White House did not return a call seeking clarification.

"We have failed to establish Pakistain as an independent and sovereign country during last 72 years," he lamented. He said that the MMA’s prime objective was to make Pakistain a true Islamic welfare country, followed by elimination interest-based economic system, raising the core issues of Kashmire and Paleostine, bringing back the looted national wealth to the country as well as the provision of other basic amenities to the masses.
He said that the MMA was Islamic alliance aimed to make Pakistain an Islamic welfare state and get the country rid of international agents.

Regarding northern Syria, the interviewer asked Assad "how you can stop the occupation in northern Syria because of this agreement between America and The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...just another cheapjack Moslem dictatorship, brought to you by the Moslem Brüderbund.... , one which is Syrian soil?"
The Syrian President responded: "We adopted two ways: the first one and the main one was the reconciliation; it succeeded. This is how we could have brought those areas back to their normality where the people live a normal life and the government is controlling the life of the people through the institutions. The other one is attacking the bully boyz whenever they don’t give up and join the reconciliation. We’re going to attack them and take control by force, which is not our favorable way, but it’s the only way to gain control of the country."
Assad would then take a shot at both the U.S. and Turkey, claiming that the aforementioned countries have at times been at odds inside Syria.
"Don’t believe that; America controls everything, controls Turkey, and America sent Turkey, and America prevented Turkey five years ago when Erdogan wanted to invade Syria, and they told him ’no. Why?’ Because that time the bully boyz were succeeding, were expanding, so, why do we need Erdogan? [ALMASDARNEWS] Italia has sent more troops to Syria in order to aid the Kurdish-led People’s Protection Units (YPG), Ottoman Turkish state-owned Anadolu News alleged on Sunday.
Citing "local sources", the Anadolu report claimed that more than 20 Italian soldiers entered Syria to aid the YPG forces.
The Anadolu report added that the Italian soldiers were deployed to a Coalition base near the al-’Umar Oil Fields in eastern Deir Ezzor.
Earlier this month, the Anadolu Agency alleged that Italia sent troops from Iraq to Syria via a border-crossing in the al-Hasakah Governorate.
However, if you can't be a good example, then you'll just have to be a horrible warning... the Italian Ministry of Defense later stated that these claims were false and that there were no Italian troops inside Syria.
