As for the Chief, if he's indicted it doesn't matter to Tides. There's always another chief.
Tides will just learn to put more 'pro' between the 'quid' and the 'quo'.

Whose land is it? The tribes have a conflict of interest with the oil companies, a main source of revenue for them, and the preservation of the land + energy independence. They also contend they are not fully compensated from the energy companies operating on tribal lands (feds also claim reservation land but they are also considered sovereign nations with mineral rights) so they feel they are royally screwed. It's always open season for graft on the rez.

A WWII vet who faced suicidal attacks by jap forces said that when the jap commanders got their troops hopped up on saki, they could order them to charge 50 caliber machine guns and they would do it. The machine gunners had to cut them in half to stop the charge but it was out right suicide by the attackers.
i would suggest impeachment, he is in charge of the public school system educating our children.

Actually I agree with Obama: it's probably not any worse for you medically to be a pot head than to be an alcoholic. Both are bad for you in different ways, but I can't say honestly that one is worse than the other.
