The Honorable William P. Barr
Attorney General
U.S. Department of Justice
950 Pennsylvania Ave., NW
Washington, DC 20530
Dear Attorney General Barr:
(U) The Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs and the Committee on Finance are continuing oversight of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and its Crossfire Hurricane investigation. We have reviewed the classified report of the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) with regard to the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation, and we are deeply concerned about certain information that remains classified. Continued.
No sense letting the American public know that certain FISA judges were actually complicit in the FBI surveillance scheme now is there ?

LBJ picked his bloodhounds (or were they beagles) up by the ears. "Endearing" the press called it...

Bloomberg pals with Left-the-dog-on-the-car-=roof Romney?
I've visited many YouTube political sites. Nearly everyone of these sites have an ad bought by Bloomberg for his presidency campaign. These ads have the effect of p!ssing me off more each time one I see one.

Just weird. Almost like a lizard alien that doesn't grasp the minutia of human behavior. The dog wanted to play, but grabbing the top of its muzzle instead of actually interacting with it just seems odd.

"Mike will get it done!"
The main effect of those ads is to convey the sense that he is a busybody with a lot of time on his hands.
Vladimir Putin could become Russia's 'Supreme Ruler' when he steps down as president under proposed changes to the country's constitution, it emerged today.
The Kremlin confirmed that the new title was one of several proposals but played down its significance claiming Putin 'has no view' on it.
The proposal was put forward by a government commission looking into constitutional changes widely seen as a bid by Putin to 'rule for life' after his presidency ends in 2024. Apparently, the title "Grand Poobah" was not available.
[Breitbart] Joe Biden suggested on Tuesday that the Obamas would be appointed to high office if he were elected in 2020, telling voters the former first lady could be his running mate, while her husband was destined for the Supreme Court, provided he wanted the appointment.
The former vice president made the promise during a campaign town hall in Iowa, where he was asked by a voter if he would consider appointing Obama to the Supreme Court.
"Yeah, I would, but I don’t think he’d do it," Biden said in response. "He’d be a great Supreme Court justice."
When the voters clarified that he had not stipulated which member of the first family he was referring to, Biden asserted he meant the former president, since he had other plans for the former first lady.
"Well, I sure would like Michelle to be the vice president," Biden said to laughter from the crowd. "They’re both incredibly qualified people. I mean and they’re such decent honorable people."

... in exchange for not-small contributions to the Hunter Biden Investment Fund, the James Biden Housing Reconstruction Fund, and various other family funds to be named later

Biden must be living in an alternative reality. Obama to SCOTUS? RBG is not dead yet. Obama would turn SCOTUS into a criminal enterprise using lawfare.

Zero's too stupid and lazy for SCOTUS. The man has never actually written anything in his life.
Couldn't be arsed to produce a Law Review article - he scammed his way in as a token & winner of a popularity contest, not because of his grades or writing ability - and even now, fat book advance in hand, he can't produce anything.
[Politico] In 2005, Joe Biden’s brother bought an acre of land with excellent ocean views on a remote island in the Caribbean for $150,000. He divided it into three parcels, and the next year a lobbyist close to the Delaware senator bought one of the parcels for what had been the cost of the entire property. Later, the lobbyist gave Biden’s brother a mortgage loan on the remaining parcels.
The Virgin Islands land deal, reported here for the first time, furthers a pattern in which members of the Biden family have engaged in financial dealings with people with an interest in influencing the former vice president.
In this case, a Biden staffer left the Senate in the early ’90s to become a lobbyist. Both before and after the land transaction, his clients benefited from Biden’s support and appropriations requests. A firm the lobbyist co-founded ‐ which features a testimonial from Biden praising his "emotional investment" in his work on its website ‐ specializes in federal contracts for niche law enforcement and national security programs for which Biden long advocated.
After the land deal, Joe Biden vacationed elsewhere on the tiny island, which once protected a nearby submarine base before it became a tropical getaway, on at least three occasions.
[LI] With the Iowa Democratic caucuses now less than a week away, candidates for president and their campaign staffers are scrambling to win over undecideds and others who are not fully committed to their first candidate of choice.
For Sen. Elizabeth Warren, however, the race to finish first in Iowa keeps getting more complicated, and seeming more out of reach. Over the last month, she’s struggled to stay in the top three, but has more often than not polled in fourth place behind Pete Buttigieg.
On Monday, a new poll released by Emerson College showed Warren firmly settled into the fourth place position, but now trailing Sen. Amy Klobuchar, who has vaulted into third place going into the home stretch. Mayor Pete has also taken a tumble:

Looks like a pattern. The first lightning bolt was the Fake Mexican: he flamed out. Then the Pacific Heights Ho was the intersectional savior: she crashed and burned. Now Fauxcahontas is collapsing, and Buttfug is on his knees.

Bummer. I thought it was going to be Liz. Not because she is in any way qualified to be Prez, but because she wasn't an old white guy.
This sets a dangerous precedent because if we start rejecting candidates simply because they are utterly unqualified, pretty soon the Democrats won't have any candidates at all.

Actually, Trump v Sanders would be quite interesting, a foretaste of the inevitable realignment that this country so desperately needs.
Neither of these candidates supports democracy promotion.
Neither is a Global Grifter keen on shipping US jobs and industry and wealth to China.
Neither supports mass immigration by illiterate, shit-wage campesinos.
Neither one is a fan of our Shithow media clowns, who lie endlessly about these two outsiders in a desperate effort to prop up their preferred candidates-- Hillary in '16, Plugz now.
Outside these points of similarity, of course, there are huge differences, but the really important point is that this matchup could signal the beginning of the end of our Global Grifter Uniparty.

I think it's safe to say that Fauxchahontas is not charismatic. She has the ego, she has the fire in the belly, but she does not have the personality.
And then there's Joe.
So, yeah. It looks like Bernie.

I think that splitting that party into old fashioned globalist grifters on one hand and Bolsheviks on the other is the best thing that could possibly happen. Don't tell 'em I said so.

So, yeah. It looks like Bernie.
That's probably where we're going... unless Romney changes sides.
Side note: Bernie was wildly popular in Michigan last go-round. Disturbingly so.
[Washington Examiner] A Delaware nonprofit organization received a $166,000 federal grant about the same time it appointed then-Vice President Joe Biden’s daughter as executive director, according to government and tax records.
In September 2014, the Delaware Center for Justice was selected for a competitive two-year grant by the U.S. Department of Justice through the federal Edward Byrne Memorial grant program ‐ which Joe Biden helped steer significant funding to as vice president and senator.
Joe Biden’s daughter, Ashley Biden, 38, had been associate director of the Delaware Center for Justice for about a year at the time. Two months after the grant selection, the nonprofit organization announced that she had been promoted to executive director.
Joe Biden was one of the top advocates for the Edward Byrne grant while in the Senate and helped steer $1.7 billion to the program as vice president. The grant, which was named in honor of a fallen New York City Police Department officer, typically supports efforts to strengthen local law enforcement. The program has also faced criticism from justice reform organizations, including the American Civil Liberties Union, which claimed it perpetuated "racial disparities, police corruption, over-incarceration and civil rights abuses."
The National Legal and Policy Center, a government watchdog group, said the timing raised questions about whether Joe Biden’s position as vice president and as an advocate for the program had any influence on the selection process.
[FoxNews] The head of San Francisco Public Works, which is in charge of cleaning up the city’s feces-filled streets, has been arrested by the FBI on suspicion of public corruption.
San Francisco Public Works Director Mohammed Nuru was arrested Monday alongside Nick Bovis, the owner of a popular sports bar in Fisherman’s Wharf, Lefty O-Doul’s. Sources told NBC Bay Area that Nuru was arrested on suspicion of accepting bribes for airport concession contracts.
Both Nuru and Bovis were released on bond following their arrest.
As the top official in charge of the $312 million city public works budget since 2012, Nuru was tasked with cleaning up San Francisco streets, which critics note remain cluttered with feces, trash and used needles amid a homelessness crisis.
