US judge orders arrest of neo-Nazi website head for inciting antisemitic harassment
[IsraelTimes] District court says Daily Stormer founder Andrew Anglin yet to pay any of $14 million fine handed down in 2019 for orchestrating online campaign against Jewish Montana family.

A federal judge on Wednesday ordered the arrest of a neo-Nazi
...adherents of a philosophy that was seen even at the time as pure evil, which makes them either consciously and purely evil, or attention-seeking ratbags. Pick one, or both....
website publisher accused of ignoring a $14 million judgment against him for orchestrating an antisemitic harassment campaign against a Montana woman’s family.

US District Judge Dana Christensen issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Andrew Anglin, founder and operator of The Daily Stormer website.

Attorneys for Montana real estate agent Tanya Gersh have said Anglin did not pay any portion of the August 2019 judgment and has ignored their requests for information about his whereabouts, his operation of the website and other assets.

Gersh says anonymous internet trolls bombarded her family with hateful and threatening messages after Anglin published their personal information, including a photo of her young son. In a string of posts, Anglin accused Gersh and other Jewish residents of Whitefish, Montana, of engaging in an "extortion racket" against the mother of white nationalist Richard Spencer.

Gersh’s April 2017 lawsuit accused Anglin of invasion of privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress and violation of the Montana Anti-Intimidation Act. An attorney for Gersh did not immediately respond to a telephone message seeking comment Wednesday.

Judge Christensen ordered Anglin to pay over $4 million in compensatory damages and $10 million in punitive damages to Gersh, who is represented by lawyers from the Alabama-based Southern Poverty Law Center. The court entered the default judgment against Anglin after he failed to appear for a scheduled deposition by Gersh’s attorneys.

Anglin, a native of Ohio, has claimed to be living outside the US, but his current whereabouts are unknown and he did not immediately respond to an email sent to an address posted on his website.

Other targets of Anglin’s online harassment campaigns also secured default judgments against him after he failed to respond to their respective lawsuits.

In June 2019, a federal judge in Ohio awarded $4.1 million in damages to Moslem American radio host Dean Obeidallah, who sued Anglin for falsely accusing him of terrorism. Obeidallah said he received death threats after Anglin published an article that tricked readers into believing he took responsibility for the May 2017 terrorist attack at an Ariana Grande concert.

In August 2019, a federal judge in Washington entered another default judgment against Anglin and awarded just over $600,000 in compensatory and punitive damages to the first Black woman to serve as American University’s student government president. Taylor Dumpson’s lawsuit said Anglin directed his readers to "troll storm" her after someone hung bananas with hateful messages from nooses on the university’s campus a day after her inauguration as student government president.

Netanyahu clinches support of 64 MKs; Herzog to Ben Gvir: Your image raises concerns
Key bits here, more at the link for those really interested.
[IsraelTimes] Likud chair Benjamin Netanyahu reached the required majority of recommendations from politicians to form the next government on Thursday, as President Isaac Herzog continued consultations with parties elected to the Knesset.

With all parties making up Netanyahu’s bloc recommending him following last week’s election, the opposition leader had officially clinched 64 votes in the 120-seat parliament for his return to the premiership, and was expected to be tasked by Herzog with forming a government on Sunday.

Meeting MK Itamar Ben Gvir of the Otzma Yehudit faction on Thursday afternoon, Herzog repeated his concerns caught on a hot mic a day earlier over the far-right politician’s positions.

"I said that your party has a certain image that raises concerns in many places, regarding the treatment of Arabs in our state and region. World leaders are asking me," Herzog told Ben Gvir.

He added, "I am asked in the Moslem world about the Temple Mount. This subject is sensitive."

The president was heard telling representatives from Shas on Wednesday: "You’re going to have a problem with the Temple Mount. That’s a critical issue," adding that with Ben Gvir — who has pushed for major changes at the flashpoint holy site — "you have a partner that the entire world is anxious about."

In his fact-to-face with Herzog Thursday, Ben Gvir responded: "God forbid, I do not treat Arabs as a monolith. I just returned from Eilat and saw students from a Nazareth high school. You should have seen it, everyone said, ’Ben Gvir, come take a selfie.'"

The Otzma Yehudit chair said that he would work for the benefit of the entire country, but emphasized: "there should be order."

On the matter of the Temple Mount, Ben Gvir told the president that "we are not saying that the Temple Mount is not holy to others, but we have to remember that the Temple Mount is our heart, our history."

"All of us are against racism, and it’s impossible to say to a Jew, you can’t ascend the Temple Mount because you are Jewish. I am for equal rights," he said.

Ben Gvir and many on the political right have long pushed for greater access and control over the Temple Mount, which is largely administered by the Jordanian Waqf. Currently, Jews can only visit the site at certain times, and are barred from praying there, though the latter limitation has been increasingly broken in recent years.

Mansour Abbas’s Ra’am did not recommend any candidate for prime minister during their session with Herzog.

"We have accepted the decision of the voters, but we are not giving up our right to be partners and to influence. We fear that this new government will deliberately harm the achievements that Ra’am accomplished," Abbas said, referring to its work in the outgoing coalition.

Ra’am made history last year when it became the first Arab party in decades to join an Israeli coalition under then-prime minister Naftali Bennett, shunning the rejectionism of the other Arab factions.

"We hope that the government that will be established will agree to uphold the status quo of the al-Aqsa Mosque," Abbas said, referring to the Temple Mount mosque that is Islam’s third-holiest site.

Future Religious Zionism MK Ohad Tal said that the relationship with Diaspora Jewry "is at the top of our agenda," referencing plans to work on education, world youth groups and fighting antisemitism.

Yisrael Beytenu declined to formally back any candidate for the next prime minister during their meeting, saying that the outcome of the election is "very clear."

MK Oded Forer said the party is particularly concerned that the expected future government will push to amend the Law of Return, which currently offers Israeli citizenship to anyone with at least one parent with Jewish ancestry.

Any such change, said Forer, "would be scandalous in terms of our worldview."

The current law is strongly opposed by the ultra-Orthodox parties as well as many in Religious Zionism, for granting citizenship to many not considered Jewish under Orthodox Jewish law.

Tens of thousands attend rare Fatah rally in Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip
[IsraelTimes] Rally commemorating anniversary of Arafat’s death passes without incident, though Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamaswith about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response...
’s Hamas, the well-beloved offspring of the Moslem Brotherhood, rulers have in the past blocked demonstrations in solidarity with Abbas’s party

Turning a huge park in Gaza City into a sea of yellow flags, tens of thousands of Paleostinians on Thursday commemorated the anniversary of the death of Paleostinian leader Yasser Arafat — a rare public show of support for the Fatah faction in the heartland of its Islamist rival Hamas.

The rally passed without incident, though Gaza’s Hamas rulers have in the past blocked and violent mostly peacefully dispersed demonstrations in solidarity with Paleostinian Authority President the ineffectual Mahmoud Abbas
...aka Abu Mazen, a graduate of the prestigious unaccredited Patrice Lumumba University in Moscow with a doctorate in Holocaust Denial. While no Yasser Arafat, he has his own brand of evil, just a little more lowercase....
’ Fatah party. The Paleostinian parties have been bitterly divided between the West Bank and the blockaded Gaza Strip for 15 years.

Crowds marched to Gaza City’s Katiba park, waving the yellow flags of Fatah, which Arafat founded in the 1960s. They also raised photos of Abbas, Arafat’s successor.

Arafat died in 2004 at a hospital in La Belle France after two years of an Israeli siege on his West Bank headquarters. Paleostinians accuse Israel of poisoning him but have offered no proof, adding to the mystery surrounding the death.

For Fatah, the ability to mobilize the masses serves as a referendum on its popularity in Hamas-run Gaza. In 2007, Hamas routed pro-Abbas forces and seized the territory after a bloody week of street fighting.

The reputation of Hamas, which administers Gaza under a crippling Israeli-Egyptian blockade and the threat of repeated destructive conflicts with Israel, has suffered among Paleostinians in recent years. The group has hiked taxes on residents but struggled to provide even basic services. Four wars with Israel and the 15-year blockade have devastated Gaza’s economy.

In a recorded message played at the rally, Abbas called for Paleostinian unity to ease the blockade. Israel says the blockade is necessary to prevent the stockpiling of arms by the Hamas terror group. Critics view it as a form of collective punishment, confining the territory’s 2 million people to what Paleostinians often refer to as the world’s largest open-air prison.

"We feel the suffering of our people under the oppressive siege," Abbas said. "This pain and agony will not end unless the division, which took our cause backward, ends."

Hamas does not easily grant permits for such Fatah demonstrations in its territory. In 2007, a few months after taking over Gaza, Hamas attacked Arafat’s anniversary rally and killed six Paleostinians. In 2014, authorities prevented Fatah from holding another gathering.

But at the height of Egyptian efforts to reconcile the Paleostinian factions and end the enduring political and geographical schism in 2017, Hamas allowed Fatah to hold an Arafat celebration.

Last month, officials from Hamas and Fatah held a new round of reconciliation talks in Algeria and signed an outline for an agreement that would pave the way for elections. But few are optimistic the factions can overcome their differences, as they have failed to implement past deals.

Army convicts terrorist involved in 2019 killing of student-soldier in West Bank
[IsraelTimes] Court rules Mahmoud Atouna guilty in stabbing of Dvir Sorek, though he was not present at the time of attack; IDF accuses him of ’central role’ in decision, recruiting members

An Israeli military court on Thursday convicted a Paleostinian man of being involved in the killing of an Israeli teenager in 2019.

Dvir Sorek, 18, was stabbed to death near the West Bank settlement of Migdal Oz in August 2019. He was a yeshiva student enrolled in a program known as hesder that combines Torah study with military service, but was not in the military at the time of his killing.

Mahmoud Atouna is accused of being part of a five-man Hamas, always the voice of sweet reason, cell that grabbed Sorek as he got off a bus and killed him, leaving his body at the side of the road.

The court accepted the prosecution’s position that Atouna was guilty of the attack, although he was not present at the time of the stabbing.

Atouna was convicted Thursday of intentionally causing the death of Sorek. The charge is equivalent to murder in the West Bank military court.

He was additionally convicted of two charges of attempted murder and several other security offenses, according to the Israel Defense Forces.

While not present at the scene during the stabbing, Atouna was accused by the IDF of having a "central role in the decision to carry out the attack" and recruiting one of the perpetrators.

Atouna’s sentencing trial is slated to begin on November 27.

In December 2021, the two perpetrators, Qassem Asafra and Nasir Asafra were sentenced to life imprisonment for the attack. Qassem Asafra was handed an additional 40-year sentence, and Nasir Asafra an additional 20 years. Qassem Asafra was also convicted of an attempt to kill two Israelis in a 2011 terror attack in Beersheba, for which he had not been caught at the time.

The pair are cousins; it’s unclear how they are related to Ahmad Asafra, the alleged leader of the cell.

Ahmad Asafra, while not present at the scene, was sentenced to life and an additional 25 years, and ordered to pay NIS 1.5 million ($450,000) to the family of Sorek.

Another member of the cell, Yusef Zohar, was also not present during the attack, but was convicted of a number of security offenses and sentenced to life imprisonment plus 15 years.

Sorek’s body was found on a road leading to the religious seminary where he was studying.

The attackers expeditiously departed at a goodly pace but were apprehended in the town of Beit Kahlil after a 48-hour manhunt.

The attackers told Sherlocks they killed Sorek due to "the suffering of the Paleostinian people" and "the situation at al-Aqsa [Mosque]," according to transcripts of their interrogation obtained by the Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper.

They planned the murder ahead of time, drove to an intersection and waited for an Israeli, they said.

Nasir Asafra attacked Sorek after he got off a bus, first attempting to subdue him with a stun gun, then repeatedly stabbing him in the chest, he said.

"He tried to defend himself by covering his face and upper body with his hands. Then he remained still and didn’t move and I got into the car," the attacker told Sherlocks.

In November 2019, the IDF razed the homes of four members of the cell. In May 2020, the High Court struck down the military’s intention of demolishing Atouna’s home, ruling that his family did not support his actions and razing their home would have no deterrent effect.

UN atomic watchdog: Iran further increasing stockpile of highly enriched uranium
[IsraelTimes] IAEA report says Tehran now has 62.3 kilograms of uranium enriched to up to 60% fissile purity, which is a short step away from weapons-grade levels

The UN atomic watchdog said Thursday it believes that Iran
...The nation is noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence...
has further increased its stockpile of highly enriched uranium and criticized Tehran for continuing to bar the agency’s officials from accessing or monitoring Iranian nuclear sites.

In its quarterly report, the ineffective International Atomic Energy Agency said that according to its assessment, as of October 22, Iran has an estimated 62.3 kilograms (137.3 pounds) of uranium enriched to up to 60% fissile purity. That amounts to an increase of 6.7 kilograms since the IAEA’s last report in September.

That enrichment to 60% purity is one short, technical step away from weapons-grade levels of 90%. Nonproliferation experts have warned in recent months that Iran now has enough 60%-enriched uranium to reprocess into fuel for at least one nuclear bomb.

The IAEA report, which was seen by The News Agency that Dare Not be Named, also estimated that as of October 22, Iran’s stockpile of all enriched uranium was at 3673.7 kilograms — a decrease of 267.2 kilograms since the last quarterly report in September.

The Vienna-based IAEA said it was unable to verify the exact size of Iran’s stockpile of enriched uranium due to limitations that Tehran imposed on UN inspectors last year and the removal of the agency’s monitoring and surveillance equipment in June at sites in Iran.

It has been nearly two years since IAEA officials have had full access to monitor Iran’s nuclear sites, and five months since the surveillance equipment was removed.

The IAEA’s assessment comes as efforts to revive Iran’s 2015 nuclear deal with world powers, which eased sanctions on Iran in return for curbs on its nuclear program, have stalled.

The United States unilaterally pulled out of the nuclear deal — formally known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, or JCPOA — in 2018, under then-president Donald Trump
...dictatorial for repealing some (but not all) of the diktats of his predecessor, misogynistic because he likes pretty girls, homophobic because he doesn't think gender bending should be mandatory, truly a man for all seasons......
. It reimposed sanctions on Iran, prompting Tehran to start backing away from the deal’s terms.

The IAEA said in its report that the lack of cooperation from Iran would have a "significant impact" on the agency’s ability to reestablish its knowledge of Iran’s activities since its cameras were removed in June.

"Any future baseline for the ... JCPOA verification and monitoring activities would take a considerable time to establish and would have a degree of uncertainty," the report stated. "The longer the current situation persists, the greater such uncertainty becomes."

A separate report, also seen by the AP, said IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi is "seriously concerned" that Iran has still not engaged on the agency’s probe into man-made uranium particles found at three undeclared sites in the country. The issue has become a key sticking point in the talks for a renewed nuclear deal.

Italian woman jailed during Iran protests released
[IsraelTimes] Having been locked up since late September, 30-year-old Alessia Piperno set to return home following ’intense diplomatic efforts,’ PM says

A young Italian woman arrested in Iran
...Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979...
during nationwide protests in late September has been released, the government in Rome said Thursday.

"After intense diplomatic efforts, today Alessia Piperno was released by Iranian authorities and is preparing to return to Italia," a statement from Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni’s office said.

Meloni called her parents to tell them their daughter had been released and was returning home, her office said.

Piperno, 30, was arrested and incarcerated
Drop the gat, Rocky, or you're a dead 'un!
in Tehran days after authorities there said nine foreigners had been held over nationwide protests.

Street violence flared across Iran after the death in September of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini following her arrest by the morality police for allegedly flouting the Islamic Theocratic Republic’s strict dress code for women.

Iran has accused outside forces of stoking the nationwide protests. In early October, Lord High Potentate and Supreme Leader of All He Surveys Ayatollah Ali Khamenei
...the very aged actual dictator of Iran, successor to Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini...
blamed "America and the Zionist regime" for the unrest.

Piperno’s parents said at the time that they had lost contact with her after speaking to her on September 28, her birthday.

They then received a phone call on October 2 to say she was in jail.

"They arrested me. I am in a prison in Tehran. Please help me," Piperno told them, according to Il Messaggero, Rome’s daily newspaper.

She added: "I’m fine but there are people here who say they have been inside for months and for no reason. I fear I won’t be let out again. Help me."

Her father, Alberto, said that she had been planning a birthday picnic with friends from La Belle France, Poland and Iran.

Piperno had been traveling the world for the last six years, according to her Instagram account, and had been in Iran for two months, according to the newspaper.

HTS’ al-Golani meets with dismissed leader of SNA faction in Syria’s Idlib
[NPASyria] The leader of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, formerly al-Nusra, before that it was called something else
...al-Qaeda's Syrian affiliate, from which sprang the Islamic State...
(HTS) Abu Mohammad al-Golani met on Wednesday with Amer al-Sheikh, the dismissed leader of Ahrar al-Sham
...a Syria jihadi group made up of Islamists and salafists, not that there's that much difference, formed into a brigade. They make up the main element of the Islamic Front but they don't profess adoration of al-Qaeda and they've been fighting (mainly for survival) against the Islamic State. Their leadership was wiped out at a single blow by a suicide kaboom at a crowded basement meeting in September, 2014...
, a faction affiliated with the Ottoman Turkish-backed Syrian National Army (SNA), a day after his dismissal.

An HTS military source told North Press that a meeting was held at the Bab al-Hawa border-crossing, north of Idlib city, between al-Golani, al-Sheikh and his deputy Abu Mohammad al-Shami, who is now the leader of the Ahrar al-Sham "coup movement".

The source added that al-Golani expressed his full support to the movement.

On Tuesday, five brigades of Ahrar al-Sham announced dismissing the group’s leader Amer al-Sheikh and designating Youssef al-Hamwi, nicknamed Abu Suliman, as a general commander.

The HTS took over SNA-held areas in Aleppo northern countryside in October under the pretext of breaking up internal-festivities between different Ottoman Turkish-backed factions. On October 10, fierce festivities took place between the SNA’s Hamza Division and Levant Front after the first assassinated a media activist muppet called Abu Ghannoum and his pregnant wife in the city of al-Bab, northern Syria.

New rifts have been coming out since the liquidation of Abu Ghannoum, with the factions of Hamza and al-Amshat taking the HTS side against the Third Legion, while Hayat Thaeroon for Liberation remained neutral.

...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. When the oil runs out the rest of the world is going to kick sand in the Soddy national face...
on Wednesday that there is "no guarantee of Tehran continuing its strategic patience," Iranian semi-official Fars news agency reported.

"Until now, Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. They hate Jews Zionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol...
has adopted a strategy of patience with firm rationality, but it does not give any guarantee for the continuation of this in case of hostilities," Fars quoted Esmail Khatib as saying.

"If Iran decides to retaliate and punish, glass palaces will crumble and these countries will not experience stability anymore," Khatib added.

#1  On the NK scale, this press release probably doesn’t even make it into High A ball. It’s veiled threat dissipates like a peanut fart in a Yankee Candle outlet. There’s not enough crazy; there’s not enough symbology. 2.5 at best.

Iran accuses foreign countries of destabilizing the State
[SHAFAQ] On Thursday, the Iranian Intelligence Minister Ismail Khatib said the "enemies" want to destroy Iran through protests, warning that Britain will pay the price for attempts to "destabilize security."

In an interview with Khamenei.ir, the official website of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the Intelligence Minister has shed light on the recent riots in Iran, blaming the US, the UK, Saudi Arabia, and Israel for waging "hybrid warfare" against the Iranian nation.

"We had received many reports about intelligence officers contacting various counter-revolutionary groups, many traitors inside the country, illegal trade unions, even some training programs that were being conducted under the guise of tours for tourists, and civil and legal training given to Iranians abroad." He said.

"The Zionist regime's role was more obvious. In terms of propaganda, England's role was clearer. In the expenditures that were made, Saudi Arabia's role was evident. All of the financial support provided for that degenerate show in Berlin, where the monarchists, the MKO, the separatists, and sexually disoriented groups had gathered, was at the expense of the primitive Saudi Arabian regime. They paid for the propaganda, the preparations, audio and video coverage, the rental of advanced equipment for aerial videography of the gathering, facilities for the large number of journalists attending, and the distribution of food, etc. We have evidence for this claim." He added.

Khatib also revealed that the security forces foiled a plot of "enemies" to attack an air industry center in the central city of Isfahan.

#1  What a bunch of punks. They’ve been trying to destroy us for almost 50 years with swat to show for it. Biden destroyed our economy before the mid point of his first term. We challenge you to destroy our military might as fast as we have done it ourselves.
