Afghanistan
Afghanistan Exports Reach $1.9 Billion in 1401 (Solar Year), imports from Pak up 32%
[ToloNews] The economic deputy PM's office said that Afghan exports reached $1.9 billion in 1401 (solar year), and compared to last year have increased by 63 percent.

The Ministry of Industry and Commerce said they will provide more facilities for traders.

"Our biggest import was linen textiles from different countries, like China and Pakistain, and our greatest exports are coal, dry fruit, and carpets," said Abdul Salam Javad, a front man for the MoCI.

The National Statistics and Information Authority (NSIA) said that just in one month (Dalwa), domestic goods worth more than $176 million have been exported abroad, and the imports were less than $700 million in one month.

"Restrictions on the banking system is the challenge that traders are faced with," said Mohammad Halim Rafi, front man for the National Statistics and Information Authority

Meanwhile,
...back at the the conspirators' cleverly concealed hideout the long-awaited message arrived. They quickly got to work with their decoder rings...
the Chamber of Commerce and Investment said that transferring money from banks, and the high customs tariffs, are major challenges for merchants.

According to the Industry and Commerce Ministry, in 1400 exports were $850 million.

Pakistan’s Export to Afghanistan increased by 32%

[KhaamaPress] Pakistain’s export to Afghanistan rose by 32 per cent from $500 million to $ 658 million in the first eight months of the fiscal year 2022-2023.

Similarly, the trade between Pakistain and Afghanistan increased from July to February of the current fiscal year, rising by 28 per cent to $1333.86 million from $1044.14 million, the Nation reported.

On the other hand, the import of Pakistain from Afghanistan also showed an increase of 24 per cent, from $544.17 million to $675.01 million during the eight months, the report stated.

The export of tractors jumped by 808%, from $0.81 million to $7.34 million, and cycle of violences by 591%, from %0.79 million to $5.49 million within the eight months of the fiscal year.

In addition, the export of pharmaceutical products to Afghanistan has increased by 214% from $28.52 million to $89.60%, and rubber by 165$ from $3.02 million to $8.01 million from July to February, of the current fiscal year.

At the same time, plastic products, food preparation items, rice, and cement exports have increased tremendously during the eight months of the current fiscal year. The export of cement increased by 19 per cent during the ongoing fiscal year.

According to the State Bank of Pakistain, the country’s exports to Afghanistan were recorded at US $285.177 million from July-January (2022-23) against US $257.888 million in exports from July-January (2021-22), showing growth of 10.58 per cent.

Meanwhile,
...back at the laboratory the smoke and fumes had dispersed, to reveal an ominous sight...
"Afghanistan is exporting about 10,000 tons of coal daily to Pakistain," the SIGAR report said. "Between June and July 2022, the Taliban
...Arabic for students...
tripled prices on coal exports to raise revenue from its mining sector amid booming coal export to Pakistain," the report said.

However,
by candlelight every wench is handsome...
the international community did not recognize the regime as the government of Afghanistan after the seizing control of the country in August 2021.

Meanwhile,
...back at the laboratory the smoke and fumes had dispersed, to reveal an ominous sight...
several countries, including China, Pakistain, Iran, Russia, and The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire...
Turkmenistan, have allowed Taliban-appointed diplomats to reside at Afghanistan embassies in their capital cities.

'Talented' Ex-Officials Will be Given Jobs If They Return: Taliban Commission
Don’t go back, guys — it’s a trap!
[ToloNews] The "Commission for the Return and Communications with Former Afghan Officials and Political Figures" said that talented and honest former officials and political figures who return to Afghanistan will be provided with jobs.

According to the commission, more than 500 people including ministers, governors and political figures have returned to the country.

"The government is committed to considering capacity, talent and honesty of Afghan figures. They may join certain areas of the government because hundreds of thousands of former government officials are currently included in the government," said Ahmadullah Wassiq, a front man for the commission.

"Until now, 513 Afghan figures including ministers, governors and deputy governors, have returned to their country via the "Commission for the Return and Communications with Former Afghan Officials and Political Figures," Wassiq said.

The political analysts believe that the commission should change its method and create a trusting environment for the professional figures.

"The solution is that the Taliban
...mindless ferocity in a turban...
should extend their embrace and change their policy and pave the way for intra-Afghan negotiations," said Stana Gul, political analyst.

"To pave the way for the return of Afghans, the schools for girls should be reopened and work access for women should be facilitated," said Torek Farhadi, political analyst.

"If the Islamic Emirate is really working in this regard, they should invite the eligible and professional figures to Afghanistan," said Amanullah Ghalib, former head of Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat.

#5  Their best talent was syphoning off funds and other corrupt practices. The Taliban needs that talent in dealing with the international community. They formerly corrupt officials will reestablish their previous scams with their corruption globalist partners. The Taliban will replace the returning officials one by one down the road but, for now, previous government officials would be useful. It will probably be low level flunkies who did not steal enough previously to fund a lavish lifestyle.

Arabia
Yemeni Revolution Leader Warns Against Outside Enemies Spreading Unrest in Yemen
[HODHODYEMENNEWS.NET] The leader of the Yemen
...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of...
i revolution, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Iran's Houthi sock puppets
...a Zaidi Shia insurgent group operating in Yemen. They have also been referred to as the Believing Youth. Hussein Badreddin al-Houthi is said to be the spiritual leader of the group and most of the military leaders are his relatives. The legitimate Yemeni government has accused the them of having ties to the Iranian government. Honest they did. The group has managed to gain control over all of Saada Governorate and parts of Amran, Al Jawf and Hajjah Governorates. Its slogan is God is Great, Death to America™, Death to Israel, a curse on the Jews They like shooting off... ummm... missiles that they would have us believe they make at home in their basements. On the plus side, they did murder Ali Abdullah Saleh, which was the only way the country was ever going to be rid of him...
, confirmed on Monday that the enemies of the Islamic nation seek to spoil it, mislead it, and turn it into an infidel nation and apostate from Allah’s religion and principles.

This came in a televised speech he delivered during an expanded meeting of preachers and mentors across the provinces of the Republic, which was aired this afternoon.

"Our nation is living in a state of being targeted by a large number of its enemies to mislead and corrupt it," Sayyid Abdul-Malik said.
"That's OUR job!"
He pointed out that the enemies of the nation are moving with all their capabilities and all means, militarily, politically, economically, and culturally.

"There is a campaign targeting the nation from within, as bad scholars are moving into some countries loyal to America and Israel to present a distorted image of Islam," he added.

The revolution leader urged preachers to keep abreast of important developments in reality, whether within the nation or on the part of its enemies, and to focus on addressing negative phenomena in society.

He explained that one of the most important things the enemies focus on is targeting the nation’s morals and values and seeking to spread vice within it.

Sayyid Abdul-Malik stressed that the responsibility of preachers is great and sacred and represents a necessary need for society, calling on preachers to prepare well for the sermon and not to have impromptu speeches without prior preparation.

Caucasus/Russia/Central Asia
Dagestan journalists held pickets in support of Hajiyev
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[KavkazUzel] Journalists Magomed Magomedov and Idris Yusupov held two single-person pickets demanding an end to the criminal prosecution of Chernovik editor Abdulmumin Gadzhiev
...along with the head of the Ansar Foundation charity, Abubakar Rizvanov, and Kemal Tambiev, he was accused of financing terrorism. Investigators believe that they collected 68 million rubles and 200 thousand dollars for ISIS under the pretext of building mosques and helping poor Muslims...
in Makhachkala today.

The " Caucasian Knot " has reported that Abdulmumin Gadzhiev's colleagues consider his criminal case a political persecution and regularly hold single pickets in the center of Makhachkala in support of him. They are attended, in particular, by the founder of "Chernovik" Magdy Kamalov, the deputy editor-in-chief of the publication Magomed Magomedov and the journalist of "New Business" Idris Yusupov . On March 6, police officers did not interfere with Magomedov and Yusupov's single pickets, but took written explanations from them.

The case of Abdulmumin Gadzhiev is lost against the background of other news, and such pickets remind people of his fate, Gadzhiev's friends pointed out on February 20 after another series of pickets.

Magomed Magomedov and Idris Yusupov held one-man pickets in support of Abdulmumin Gadzhiev at the intersection of Gamzatov and Dakhadaev streets today, Chernovik reported on his telegram channel.

According to published photographs, Magomed Magomedov went to the picket with a banner: "Freedom to Abdulmumin Gadzhiev," and Idris Yusupov held a poster that read: "Freedom to journalism!"

"We demand freedom for the journalist Abdulmumin Hajiyev and demand the termination of the absurd criminal case," the publication says.

Recall that the editor of the Chernovik newspaper Abdulmumin Hajiyev, as well as the head of the Ansar charity fund Abubakar Rizvanov and Kemal Tambiev, have been in custody since June 2019 on charges of financing terrorism. Investigators believe that they collected 68 million rubles and 200 thousand dollars for the terrorists under the pretext of building mosques and helping poor Muslims. The investigation connects the defendants with Israil Akhmednabiev, a Dagestan preacher and founder of the Mukhadzhirun Islamic Foundation, known as Abu Umar Sasitlinsky, who has been put on the wanted list in a terrorism case. The defendants plead not guilty.

On March 2, the defense of the defendants completed the presentation of evidence in court, but Tambiev demanded that the record of the first interrogation be excluded from the case, and Rizvanov demanded that new witnesses be summoned to court. The next court session is scheduled for 2:00 pm Moscow time on March 16, the "Caucasian Knot" was told the same day in the court.

The details of Gadzhiev's case are collected in the material of the "Caucasian Knot" "Golunov number two": the main thing about the case of Abdulmumin Gadzhiev."

India-Pakistan
Iran, Pakistan’s Power Transmission Grids Connected
Another untouchable income stream for Iran?
[KhaamaPress] The Iranian Ministry of Energy said the 200-megawatt electricity transmission line between Iran
...The nation is noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence...
and Pakistain was developed and built in less than a year, connecting two neighbouring countries.

"The electricity transmission line between Iran and Pakistain was designed and built in less than a year with a capacity of 200 megawatts," Ali Akbar Mehrabian told the press on the sideline of a meeting with his Pak counterpart on Sunday.

He also said, "In today’s meeting with the Minister of Energy of Pakistain, there were good discussions about how to swap electricity through this line, and we hope to reach an agreement in this regard."

The decision to strengthen the bilateral power connections came after the visit of the Pak energy minister Khuram Dastgir Khan to Tehran during his meeting with his Iranian counterpart, the Pak energy ministry said.

According to the officials, the annual trade between the two neighbouring countries is currently worth over two billion dollars, while constructing this line would increase the electricity exchange by 200 megawatts, significantly strengthening their economic ties.

Earlier in February, Pakistain inaugurated a $2.7 billion nuclear power plant to address the power deficiency in the country.

The nuclear power plant was the second unit in the Bloody Karachi
...formerly the capital of Pakistain, now merely its most important port and financial center. It is among the largest cities in the world, with a population of 18 million, most of whom hate each other and many of whom are armed and dangerous...
province, using Chinese-designed Hualong One reactor with the financial support of China.

According to the National Electric Power Regulator Authority, the power plant capacity was estimated at 1,100 megawatts to generate some of the country’s cheapest electricity.

Moreover, Pakistain is one of the leading coal importers from Afghanistan, bringing in 10,000 tons daily to power the nation’s industrial factories at a low cost.

Iraq
ISIS's GHOST gets around between Saladin and Kurdistan
[ShafaqNews] ISIS activities between Saladin and Kurdistan Region remain a concern for the citizens, especially after the Organization keeps kidnapping and killing shepherds.

Last February, a video of a shepherd kidnapped and slaughtered by ISIS went viral.

A security source told Shafaq News Agency that ISIS elements are trying to revive "the slaughtering scenes" to frighten the shepherds, so they do not collaborate with the security forces.

He explained that the February incident aimed to pressure the citizens to inform ISIS about the security forces.

Meanwhile,
...back at the barn, a little lightbulb figuratively appeared over Bossy's head...
Col. Hakim Karim Saati, a Peshmerga commander, ruled out this scenario, explaining that the terrorist Organization always makes videos about its operations.

Saati told our agency that ISIS members use modern bikes known locally as "Al-Shabah (The Ghost)" to get around the rugged areas with security vacuums between the Iraqi army and the Peshmerga forces.

It is worth noting that ISIS terrorist gangs are active in many areas of Saladin due to security gaps.

Terrorist Organization frequently attacks security forces and citizens and kidnaps people.

In turn, the Iraqi army forces, the Popular Mobilization Forces, and the Peshmerga launched several joint and separate operations against ISIS, which resulted in the death of many prominent leaders and the destruction of their strongholds in the so-called the" Triangle of Death" among the governorates of Diyala, Saladin, and Kirkuk.

Government continues campaign to remove war debris in Shingal
[Rudaw] Eight years after liberation from the Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems....
(ISIS), local authorities have started removing mounds of rubble from the site of destroyed houses that saw significant damage during the battle for Shingal in November 2015.

On August 3, 2014, ISIS holy warriors took over the district of Shingal, committing genocide against the Yazidi minority.

Thousands fled their homes as the holy warriors systematically killed men and older women, and enslaved younger women and kiddies.

"We have so far worked in too many different parts of Shingal including the city center. We will clear all the neighborhoods of debris...", Maysem Rasul, an engineer supervising the debris removal process, told Rudaw’s Naif Ramadhan on Saturday.

The Kurdish Yazidi town of Shingal still remains largely desolate.

Only a handful of its population has returned due to a lack of basic services.

The Shingal reconstruction process to make way for building new houses has been underway for the past three months.

The Nineveh province municipal teams have so far cleared 200 houses and state institutions of debris.

"All the rubble that is close to intact houses is a danger to people especially children due to the existence of insects and snakes and scorpions," Zaynal Ismael, resident of Shingal, said.

Of more than 600,000 square kilometers of land that needs to be cleaned of war debris in Shingal, 200,000 has so far been cleaned.

There are still many people who lead a difficult life among the piles of rubble in the war-torn Yazidi heartland.

ISIS seized control of large swaths of land in Iraq and Syria in 2014. The group committed genocide against Yazidis when they swept through the religious minority’s heartland of Shingal, killing around 5,000 Yazidi men, some of whom were put into mass graves. Around 7,000 women and girls, some as young as nine, were enslaved.

The fate of over 2,500 Yazidis who were kidnapped by ISIS remains unknown, according to data from Rescue Kidnapped Yazidis office established by Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani.

Israel releases octogenarian behind Karine A arms smuggling ship
[IsraelTimes] Former Arafat aide Fuad Shubaki, who was oldest Paleostinian inmate in Israeli prison, is sent to West Bank after serving 17 years for role in foiled Iranian weapons transfer

The oldest Paleostinian prisoner in Israeli jail was released on Monday after serving 17 years for arms smuggling, an advocacy group and his son said.

Fuad Shubaki, 83, was released from Ashkelon prison and was "on his way to Ramallah" in the West Bank, a spokesperson for the Paleostinian Prisoner’s Club said, which was confirmed by Shubaki’s son Hazem.

Shubaki, a senior member of Paleostinian Authority President the ineffectual Mahmoud Abbas

Strip aboard the Karine A ship, which was seized by Israel in the Red Sea in early 2002.

The Israeli military claimed the ship was carrying 50 tons of weapons, including short-range Katyusha rockets, anti-tank missiles and explosives from Iran and the Lebanese-based Shiite terror group Hezbollah.

Shubaki, who dealt with financial issues for then-Paleostinian leader Yasser Arafat, was convicted of purchasing the weapons and contacting a foreign agent.

He was first arrested by Paleostinian security forces in 2002, at the height of the Second Intifada, and held in the West Bank town of Jericho under US and British supervision.

In 2006, the prison was stormed by Israeli forces and Shubaki was taken to Israel, where he was tried in a military court and sentenced to 20 years in jail.

The sentence was later reduced to 17 years.

The Israel Prison Service confirmed releasing Shubaki, who it said had served his complete sentence.

Syria-Lebanon-Iran
Iran’s secret torture prisons in Syria, uncovered
[NPASyria] Secret Iranian prisons disguised as Syrian government facilities, located in areas under its control are sites to the most heinous types of torture, and no less dangerous than government detention centers. After a lengthy research procedure and interviewing several experts familiar with the topic, including an ex-detainee, activist muppets, and military personnel who were eyewitnesses to many of the crimes, in addition to leaked information by a member of Iran-backed militias, the Monitoring and Documentation Department of North Press was able to uncover information about these Iranian detention centers, their location, the crimes committed within them, the people responsible, and the Syrian government’s involvement.

There are seven secret Iranian prisons in Syria: in Deir ez-Zor, there is the Deir ez-Zor airport prison, the Hamdan airport prison in Abu Kamal, and the al-Mayadin prison, while in Homs, there is a prison in the Sukhnah desert, one in Palmyra, and one at the Zamlat al-Muhr gas field.
TERROR AND TORTURE FACILITIES
"I will not survive" is the thought that first entered Ali al-Ahmed’s (pseudonym for a member of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards) mind as he narrated the first moment of his arrest by fellow IRGC members, under the charge of leaking information.

Iran pardons over 82,000; nearly 23,000 from Amini protests
[Rudaw] Iran
...The nation is noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence...
on Monday announced that over 82,000 people have been granted amnesty, including nearly 23,000 arrested during the Zhina (Mahsa) Amini protests.

Iran’s Lord High Potentate and Supreme Leader of All He Surveys Ayatollah Ali Khamenei
...the very aged actual dictator of Iran, successor to Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini...
in February approved pardoning and commuting the sentences of "tens of thousands" of prisoners, in celebration of the 44th anniversary of the Islamic revolution in Iran. Monday’s figures refer to the cumulative number of people that have been included in the amnesty since.

Iran’s judiciary chief Gholam Hossein Mohseni Ejei said that a total of 82,656 people have been pardoned including 22,628 detained during the Amini protests, which he referred to as "riots", adding that some of those included in the amnesty were convicted, while some others were in the process of going through the court but received pardons.

The sentences of an additional 34,000 people have been commuted, according to Ejei.

Iran often issues pardons to prisoners around the time of national and religious holidays, in accordance with Article 110 of Iran’s constitution.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and its paramilitary, Basij, led a violent mostly peaceful crackdown on nationwide protests sparked by the death of Amini while in the custody of the morality police last September. At least 530 protesters were killed during the demonstrations, according to the US-based Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA).

Iran has been subjected to heavy criticism from the international community and rights groups for human rights
...not to be confused with individual rights, mind you...
violations and abuses in prisons, raising concerns about poor conditions, abuse of prisoners, and use of torture in the country’s penal system.
