Migrants Who Beat NYPD Cops Released With No Bail, Given Free Tickets To California Under Fake Names
[ZERO] Four out of five illegal migrants who were caught on camera attacking two NYPD cops in Times Square were arrested, set free on no bail, and then given free bus tickets to California.
It foking got out of hand didn't it Murphy? Now make sure this mess gets cleaned up quickly.
When asked if he should be deported, Gov. Kathy Hochul said: "I think that’s actually something that should be looked at," adding "I mean, if someone commits a crime against a police officer in the state of New York and they’re not here legally, it’s definitely worth checking into."

"These are law enforcement officers who should never under any circumstances be subjected to physical assault," Hochul added. "It’s wrong on all accounts and I’m looking to judges and prosecutors to do the right thing."
Obviously the police were in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Mayor Eric Adams suggested that lawmakers need to "reexamine" laws that prevent deportation.
Existing laws are no good. New laws and regulations are urgently needed.
"Those migrants who are here because they want to be part of the American dream, we say ’Yes’ to that," said Adams. "But those who are breaking our laws, we need to reexamine the laws that don’t allow us to deport them because they are doing violent acts. We cannot create an atmosphere where you’re going to bring violence in our city," the NY Post reports.

Now, the NYPD is looking for the men...
OJ is 'still looking' as well.

Dudayev shows a video about the work of Palestinian refugees in Chechnya
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[KavkazUzel] Refugees from Palestine are employed in 15 medical institutions in different cities and regions of Chechnya,
...we won’t ask whether as employees or as test subjects, because that would be rude and uncalled for...
said the head of the Ministry of Nationalities of the Republic, Akhmed Dudayev, promising to ensure the transfer of migrants to jobs. In the video published by Dudayev, working refugees are shown in school classrooms, in medical facilities and in the canteen.

The "Caucasian Knot" reported that by January 29, Chechnya had accepted 206 refugees from Palestine, local media reported on the employment of 30 of them. Most of the refugees got jobs in medical institutions, some were settled in the Blue Key camp, where displaced people from Palestine live. At the same time, economists interviewed by the Caucasian Knot noted that the promoted employment of 30 refugees from Palestine will not affect the labor market of Chechnya. Chechnya provides assistance to refugees on the instructions of the Kremlin, the Caucasus expert emphasized.

According to official data, the unemployment rate in Chechnya has decreased slightly. Thus, according to Rosstat, the unemployment rate in the republic in 2023 was 10.6%, according to Chechenstat, for the same period - 7.9%. The data also differed in 2022. According to Rosstat, there were 11% unemployed in Chechnya, according to Chechenstat - 8.0%.

Chechen Minister for National Policy, External Relations, Press and Information Akhmed Dudayev today announced details about the employment of Palestinian refugees. According to him, the 22 refugees who were hired in medical institutions in the region have an average work experience of about 20 years.

“They are distributed to 15 medical institutions in Grozny, Argun, Shalinsky and Grozny districts,” Dudayev said in his Telegram channel, promising that the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Digital Development of Chechnya “will provide forced migrants with a transfer to their workplace.”

Dudayev attached a video to the publication showing refugees from Palestine at work. So, two of them stand at the blackboard in school classrooms, one girl stands at the distribution counter in the cafeteria. Most of the video is dedicated to displaced people who work in medical institutions. In the video, men in white coats examine patients, conduct receptions in offices, visit patients in wards, talk with colleagues, and work with a computer. Women in white coats are filmed taking a cardiogram, working with a computer and with patients.
Good for them. So glad I wasn't rude.

US Reps Bush, Tlaib vote no on ‘redundant' bill to ban October 7 terrorists from US
[Jpost] United States Congresswomen Cori Bush (D-MO) and Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) were the sole votes against a bill in the US House of Representatives on Wednesday that would bar entry to the United States by members of Hamas or Islamic Jihad, as well as officers of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and anyone who participated in the October 7 attacks but is not a member of a recognized terrorist group. Rep. Delia Ramirez (D-IL) voted ‘present.’

Representative Tlaib, who represents one of the most Democratic districts in Michigan and is the only Palestinian-American currently in Congress, said that the bill was “redundant” as entry to those who have participated in terrorism, such as the October 7 attacks or who are members of a recognized terrorist group, such as Hamas or Islamic Jihad, is already prohibited. This echoed statements by Democratic leaders, such as the House Democratic Whip Katherine Clark, whose statement said the bill was “largely duplicative of existing law.”

The “unnecessary” bill, Tlaib said, is “just another GOP messaging bill being used to incite anti-Arab, anti-Palestinian, and anti-Muslim hatred that makes communities like ours unsafe.” The progressive congresswoman included the bill in a list of four immigration measures up for a vote, all of which she opposed, calling them “racist, fear-mongering bills that do nothing to fix our outdated and inhumane immigration system.”

BILL WAS AMONG A PACKAGE OF MEASURES THAT TLAIB REJECTED AS REDUNDANT, DIVISIVE
The bill was among a package of measures that Tlaib rejected as redundant and divisive.

The other bills in question were H.R. 6678, which would include allegations of social security fraud as grounds for exclusion and deportation – a measure Tlaib opposed on due process grounds; H.R. 6976, which would include DUI convictions as a basis for deportation – which Tlaib said would create a “separate and unequal” system of justice for immigrants; and H.R. 5585, which imposes new criminal penalties for evading Border Patrol, a measure Tlaib rejected because it too is “redundant,” adding, “it’s clear that the point of this bill is simply to demonize migrants and asylum seekers”

Bush called the measure “a redundant, empty messaging bill Republicans are using to target immigrants and incite anti-Palestinian hate.” In a statement to Jewish Insider, Bush’s primary opponent, Wesley Bell, called the vote “shameful and reprehensible,” adding, “Rep. Bush’s vote is offensive and embarrassing to our community. We will never be a haven for terrorists, and we need a Congressperson who knows better.”

Tlaib and Bush, known as part of the progressive ‘squad’ in the House, alongside fellow Democrats such as Ilhan Omar, Ayanna Pressley, Jamaal Bowman, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, have been among the fiercest critics in Congress of Israel’s war in Gaza, and among the few calling for a ceasefire even before Israel’s ground invasion, without conditioning such a ceasefire on Hamas’s surrender or the return of hostages.

ILLINOIS REP. ABSTAINS, CALLING THE BILL REDUNDANT, "A WASTE OF RESOURCES AND TIME"
Ramirez, the one abstention on the measure, said in a statement Wednesday night, “I voted PRESENT because I am done with political games. The majority is wasting time bringing a bill that is already current law. There are ALREADY no immigration benefits for Hamas terrorists.”

Ramirez compared the debate on the bill to the Republican majority’s impeachment proceedings against Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, saying: “After participating for 15 hours of a sham impeachment, I could not stomach another bill only introduced to score cheap political points, politicize immigration, and divide our communities.

“Like the Republican’s sham impeachment, this bill does not meaningfully address border security nor further protect our communities. H.R.6679 is unnecessary. It’s a waste of resources and time. And I’m not playing along,” Ramirez’s statement concluded.

Florida Sending ‘More Support' to Texas to Secure Southern Border
[Breitbart] Florida is sending “more support” to assist Texas in securing the southern border, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) said on Thursday.

DeSantis’s announcement comes as Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) clarifies that the Lone Star state is “prepared” to continue building barriers at the border, even if President Joe Biden federalizes the Texas National Guard.

Biden, en Route to Michigan, Issues Anti-Israel Executive Order; Exaggerates ‘Settler Violence'
[Breitbart] President Joe Biden issued an executive order Thursday that purports to target so-called “extremist settler violence” in the West Bank, but whose terms are so broad that they could be used to impose sanctions on Israeli elected leaders and political parties.

The order was issued as President Biden made a trip to Michigan, where Arab- and Muslim-American voters have threatened not to support him in the key swing state in the 2020 presidential election because of his perceived support for Israel against Hamas.

The order claims that there are “high levels” of violence directed by Jewish Israeli settlers against Palestinian residents of West Bank, known to Israelis as Judea and Samaria. In fact, such violence has not risen, and is dwarfed by violence by Palestinians.

As analyst David Weinberg recently noted at the Jewish News Syndicate:

There is no escalating or unprecedented wave of settler violence in Judea and Samaria under cover of the war in Gaza. The frenzied focus on “settler terrorism” by the highest officials in Washington is based on fake news.

Overall, the level of friction/violence in 2023 is about the same as that of 2022, totaling about 1,000 instances of violence of all types over the course of the full year.

In 2022, there were more than 5,000 Palestinian terror attacks against Israeli Jews, including car-rammings, shootings, stabbings and bombings of innocent men, women and children. These attacks included over 500 firebombings, leading to the injury of more than 150 Israelis. There was a 210% rise in rock-throwing incidents in 2021 over 2020 and a 156% rise in bomb-throwing incidents in 2021 over 2020.

Notably, the executive order does not provide any factual basis or evidentiary record substantiating its claims.

The claims about “extremist settler violence” are used as a way of balancing criticism of Palestinian terrorism, and appeasing a restive anti-Israel constituency in the Democratic Party.

The overwhelming majority of “settlers” — that is, Israeli citizens who live in communities across the 1949 armistice line — are peaceful. But the language of the executive order is so sweeping that it could theoretically be applied to non-violent people.

For example, the executive order allows sanctions to be imposed on anyone found to “have acted or purported to act for or on behalf of, directly or indirectly, any person blocked pursuant to this order,” meaning it could apply to a lawyer, or anyone who argues on behalf of an accused “settler.” Moreover the executive order allows the president to sanction any “entity” that has members who are sanctioned, which could mean that the U.S. could sanction parties or leaders in the Israeli government. The White House’s national security spokesman, John Kirby, told reporters on Air Force One that the U.S. was not sanctioning any Israeli leaders “at this time,” but left open the possibility.

Already, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), whose executive director celebrated the October 7 terror attack, has demanded in a press release that the Biden administration begin sanctioning right-wing members of the Israeli government.

As Breitbart news has noted:

In 2007-8, CAIR was named an unindicted co-conspirator in the terror financing trial of the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development. That case, in turn, led the FBI to discontinue its work with the organization. In 2009, a federal judge ruled that the government “produced ample evidence to establish” the ties of CAIR with Hamas, the Palestinian terror organization. The United Arab Emirates labeled CAIR a terrorist organization in 2014 (a decision that the Obama administration opposed).

The timing of the executive order comes as the U.S. is pressuring Israel to accept a Palestinian state at the end of the war, despite the fact that doing so would reward Hamas for the terrorism of October 7; and as the U.S. reportedly presses Israel to accept a hostage deal that would end the war short of achieving Israel’s objective of destroying Hamas’s military capabilities and ending its governing role in Gaza.

Update: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a statement in response:

The overwhelming majority of residents in Judea and Samaria are law-abiding citizens, many of whom are currently fighting – as conscripts and reservists – to defend Israel.

Israel acts against all Israelis who break the law, everywhere; therefore, exceptional measures are unnecessary.

The Times of Israel noted that four individuals were the first to be sanctioned:

The US State Department said in a statement that the four individuals being designated in the first round are David Chai Chasdai, who allegedly initiated and led the rampage of the northern West Bank village of Huwara last year, which resulted in the death of one of the Palestinian residents; Eitan Tanjil, who was allegedly involved in assaulting Palestinian farmers and Israeli activists by attacking them with stones and clubs, resulting in injuries that required medical treatment; Shalom Zicherman, who allegedly assaulted Israeli activists and their vehicles in the West Bank, blocking them on the street, and attempted to break the windows of passing vehicles with activists inside; and Yinon Levi, who allegedly regularly led groups of settlers from the Meitarim Farm outpost who assaulted Palestinian and Bedouin civilians, threatening them with additional violence if they did not leave their homes, burned their fields, and destroyed their property.

One in ten workers at UN agency given $1.3BN of cash every year to provide assistance to Palestine is a member of Hamas or Jihad group - and half have a close relative who's a militant, Israeli intelligence claims
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] "We just found out!"
  • Six employees of the UN's Palestine agency were allegedly among the thousands of Palestinians and Hamas militants who entered Israel on October 7

  • An Israeli intelligence report, cited by the Wall Street Journal, claims that one in ten of the 12,000 staff in Gaza are affiliated or have membership in Hamas

  • Membership could mean association with the political wing, not necessarily the militia: the same report says half of UNRWA staff has a militant close relative
So? Same objectives, dovetailing methods to achieve them.

Pentagon sez the US is not considering the possibility of withdrawing troops from Syria
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[Regnum] US authorities are not considering the possibility of withdrawing American forces from Syria due to the escalation of tensions in the Middle East and attacks on their bases in the region, US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin told reporters on February 1, answering a corresponding question.

“What has happened in the last couple of weeks does not lead us to consider withdrawing troops from Syria,” Austin said.

As Regnum reported, on January 28, a drone attacked a US military base in the northeastern part of Jordan. The US Department of Defense reported three dead American servicemen. On February 1, Austin said that the United States will not tolerate attacks on its military personnel and will take all necessary measures to protect them, as well as to protect its interests in the Middle East.

On January 24, Foreign Policy magazine, citing sources in the State Department and the Pentagon, reported that US authorities were discussing the possibility of a complete withdrawal of troops from Syria. The US administration is no longer interested in a mission in Syria and considers it unnecessary, sources said. At the same time, the publication clarified that the final decision has not yet been made.

Ankara sees the US desire not only to leave Syria, but also to leave the Middle East altogether, but is wary of reports of plans to withdraw US troops from Syrian territory amid the lack of official statements and concrete steps in this direction, Turkish newspaper observers noted on January 26 Hürriyet, citing sources in the country's Ministry of Defense.

On the same day, the special representative of the Russian President for Syria, Alexander Lavrentyev, said that after the withdrawal of American troops from Iraq, the United States will undoubtedly withdraw its military contingent from Syria. The United States will not be able to support logistics and maintain a military contingent in Syria without being able to use Iraqi territory, Lavrentyev explained.
