[American Thinker] The newly released J6 footage is a revelation because it shows that the "insurrection" was not by, of, and for the people, it was by, of, and for the government. When it comes to events inside the Capitol, there’s growing evidence that the violence came not from the people peacefully and reverentially wandering around but from law enforcement. Certainly, the most recent footage appears to bear that out.
There are two narratives about January 6. The dominant one is the Democrat narrative. Practically within minutes of events on January 6, every Democrat politician and media outlet was claiming an "insurrection." Endlessly repeated footage and still photos showed a huge crowd outside the Capitol, black-clad masked figures breaking into the Capitol, Trump supporters streaming into the Capitol, and the "QAnon Shaman" (escorted by a guard) surveying the Senate chamber. Police officers had been beaten to death. America was over.
The media endlessly reinforced that narrative. The FBI engaged in the biggest manhunt in American history. Almost three years later, many of those arrested are still languishing in prison, uncharged and untried. The House, under Nancy Pelosi’s control, and with help from a couple of NeverTrump Vichy Republicans, engaged in the farcical January 6 Committee investigation and hearings, complete with weeping cops.
However, behind this propaganda, another narrative was emerging, one bolstered by actual data and video footage. Here are just a few examples:
Trump requested extra security because a large crowd was expected, and both the military and Nancy Pelosi refused.
Police escorted a peaceful QAnon Shaman throughout the Capitol.
People whom the FBI and other Democrats refused to arrest were urging Trump supporters into the Capitol, and masked men were removing signage and fencing that would have informed ordinary Americans that they were trespassing.
Capitol police opened magnetically closed, reinforced doors to welcome protestors inside.
Outside, the crowd was peaceful until, without warning, the police started firing flashbangs.
The police apparently beat one woman to death outside the Capitol and, inside the Capitol, shot another one to death. No police died.
But still, this was always just a small part of the narrative. The Democrats and Kevin McCarthy refused to release the full 41,000 hours of video generated by the Capitol’s own security cameras. Mike Johnson finally stopped the censorship, and crowd-sourcing is revealing the full story of a day that the Democrats have used to persecute, prosecute, imprison, and silence their political opponents.
[Federalist] Proterra, an electric bus and battery company that President Joe Biden touted as a success of his green energy initiative, filed for bankruptcy in August. Last week, it finally sold its embattled battery business at a rock-bottom price as part of the bankruptcy proceeding. The rise and fall of Proterra demonstrates once again that politicians should refrain from betting taxpayers’ money on business ventures to advance their political agenda.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Proterra has sold only 550 electric transit buses since its founding in 2004. Most of the sales were underwritten by government agencies with federal grants. Proterra’s electric buses were plagued with mechanical defects and other performance issues, such as limited range and long charging times. Besides government subsidies, the company only survived as long as it had due to powerful political connections. Former Michigan governor Jennifer Granholm, Biden’s energy secretary, served on its board.
Despite all the quality issues of its EV buses, Proterra went public in January 2021 and raised $650 million, more than three times its annual revenue. A month after the company’s IPO, Biden tapped Granholm as his energy secretary. Proterra’s political connection to the Biden administration paid off in many ways.

EVs were always a niche product for rich greenies who wanted to feel good about themselves. No one else wants them, even with the massive federal subsidies and tax breaks.
What a colossal waste of money. And while we're $33T in debt.

[American Thinker] Oliver Stone is a Hollywood leftist who has an odd way of being right at times.
His Academy Award-winning JFK was dismissed as a conspiracy theory.
Turns out he was likely closer to right all along -- as Tucker Carlson noted in one of this segments.
That's not the only one. His South of the Border documentary about Latin America's wave of elected leftist dictators was initially criticized as Chavista propaganda, a glossing over of some of the region's worst rulers ... except that if you watch the thing, which I did twice, you realize he did an extraordinary job of revealing these people as the unattractive pigs that they were. Sleazy, covetous, Imelda-like, sidelong, gangsterly ... he actually exposed them in all their glory in a way their worst critics couldn't. That was a useful record of the era.
He's criticized government bureaucracies' demonization of ivermectin and vaccine mandates which is credibility right there.
His criticism of the way the Vietnam War was run by vested interests and swamp bureaucrats was probably spot on, too.
So now he's dropped another truth bomb, or at least is circling around it.
According to RealClearPolitics, which showed a segment and transcript of Stone conversing with Bill Maher:
[Federalist] Back in February, former President Barack Obama launched an effort called the "Change Collective."
Sounds communist, fitting for a former community activist/Alinsky tactics instructor.
If you’re not familiar with it now, you probably will be soon. Supporters describe it as a "new community-based leadership initiative" meant to "empower emerging leaders to bring people together." At the forefront of the effort will be "local changemakers across the country."
I’ll go out on a limb and say its endgame is the enforcement of a collectivist narrative, the abolition of local control, and the top-down centralized control of all communities. After all, that’s the pattern of every Obama policy, most notably health care and education. Naturally, Obama put a hearts-and-flowers spin on the project:
Currently, the initiative focuses on urban communities, with pilot programs in Chicago, Detroit, and Jackson, Mississippi. But the ultimate goal is to flood the nooks and crannies of all America’s local communities with "changemakers" and "influencers" who have been trained to recruit everybody into accepting a woke narrative and to silence any voice of dissent. That’s always what socialists mean when they claim to "bring people together."
Consider first how this effort fits organizationally. The Change Collective is one of many groups listed under the umbrella organization Civic Nation, headed by Obama Foundation Chief Executive Officer Valerie Jarrett. Civic Nation serves as a clearinghouse for the numerous hard-left efforts to consolidate political power — from former First Lady Michelle Obama’s "When We All Vote" ballot box-stuffing operation to all previous campaigns related to the Obamas’ ongoing project to fundamentally transform America.

See Loudoun County. leftist Community leaders suggest getting rid of County Sheriff and hiring their own police chief and force. Change we can all believe in /s
So now in order to deflect from their Wuhan Lab screw up. We are now told Chinese (CCP) scientists have found a NEW bat coronavirus - and "some" experts (?Dr Fauci?) say it shoots down the lab leak theory.
I call B.S. and ask the simple question.
Which came 1st the Virus lab, or the Bat with the Covid-19 virus after the Wuhan lab release?

They don't care if they lose some population but they fail to understand that if one of these mutates enough to something /bad/....they won't survive.
I read an abstract of a paper that said if you released something like the pneumonic plague today, that we had no cure/treatment for, it would be world wide in less than 24 hours and 3 months, 70% of the WORLD population would be dead. Nukes are just big kabooms. Chemicals have short half lives, THIS SHIT can go FOREVER.
