Beest Sent Unsecured Emails Revealing Loc Of Ambo Stevens and NATO Fighter Jets, Reveals Judge Napolitano
[HNGN] "If that is not classified, if she didn't think that was classified, she has no business being in public office," Napolitano said of Hillary Clinton.

Judge Andrew Napolitano said Wednesday on Fox News' "Hannity" that several emails he read from Hillary Clinton's private server cache show that the former secretary of state revealed the location of U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens in Libya, as well as the location of fighter jets during NATO bombing runs.

"She denied that there were any classified documents on her email system or server," host Sean Hannity said, to which Napolitano responded, "Well she cannot deny that any longer."

Hannity noted that investigators recently examined 40 of Clinton's emails and found that four were classified at the time Clinton sent them. "That in and of itself, is that not a violation of the law, or is it?" Hannity asked.

"It absolutely is," Napolitano responded, "but it's worse than that."

"I saw emails, not the ones that the inspectors general saw, I saw emails that have been revealed under the Freedom of Information Act. And in them, she is discussing the location of French fighter jets during the NATO bombardment of Libya, how big the no fly zone is, where the no fly zones are, and are you ready for this? - the location of Ambassador Stevens, who of course was murdered, in Libya."

Hillary Clinton's e-mails: The 'old news' keeps getting worse
[NYPOST] Yes, Clinton turned over 30,000 e-mails to the State Department -- but many were heavily redacted. And her staff deleted 31,000 separate messages they alone decided were "personal," then destroyed the server.

And two inspectors general, in a search of just 40 of those e-mails, found classified information on four -- reportedly, secrets from five different US intelligence agencies. Which means thousands of other e-mails likely have such info.

But the Clintons have always looked the other way at such negligence: Bill Clinton
...former Democratic president of the U.S. Bill was the second U.S. president to be impeached, the first to deny that oral sex was sex, the first to have difficulty with the definition of is...
's CIA director, John Deutsch, stored 17,000 pages of top-secret documents on his home computer -- and got a Clinton presidential pardon for it.

Hillary Clinton
... sometimes described as The Heroine of Tuzla and at other times as Mrs. Bill, never as Another Walter Q. Gresham ...
ignored all the security rules to hide her e-mails. That she insists this isn't a serious problem raises real questions about her fitness for the presidency.

Kathleen Kane charged with perjury, obstruction, abuse of office
[PENNLIVE] Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane is being charged with perjury, obstructing administration of law and other charges that allege she orchestrated a campaign to leak secret information, then lied to a grand jury about it.

Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Ferman said Kane is accused of a scheme in which "we allege she orchestrated to leak confidential investigative information and secret grand jury" information, then lied to a grand jury about that.

Kane, a Democrat who swept into office in 2012 in a decisive victory, has been mired in skirmishes with former staffers and faced a grand jury investigation into leaks of sealed information from her office.

Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman launched a review of the alleged grand jury leaks involving Kane since March, when the Supreme Court rejected Kane's challenge to how the original investigation was handled.

GOP candidates battle to stake their positions in first 2016 debate
[FOXNEWS] [FOXNEWS] From fiery
...a single two-syllable word carrying connotations of both incoherence and viciousness. A fiery delivery implies an audience of rubes and yokels, preferably forming up into a mob...
criticism of ObamaCare and the Iran nuclear deal to support for Israel and the rights of the unborn, the top 10 Republican presidential candidates did all they could to define and separate themselves Thursday night during the Fox News debate in Cleveland, kept in touch with the world by Obamaphone,
...was ruled by a Democrat machine from 1942 through 1971. After the river caught fire during the administration of Carl Stokes they tried a Republican, then went back to being Democrats when the party hacked up Dennis Kucinich ...
, Ohio.

The governors on stage, notably John Kasich of Ohio and Scott Walker of Wisconsin, touted their economic records. Texas Sen. Ted Cruz vowed to scrap the Iran deal. Retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson reminded voters in his closing remarks of the professional background that separates him from the rest: "I'm the only one to separate Siamese twins."
My opinions, and worth every penny:
  • Trump made a good impression with the base, but didn't convince me. I was put off by his answer to the first question. I remember Ross Perot and the Reform Party that never took off but crashed into Jesse Ventura. What he was saying struck me as "Yes, I wanna be on the team, but only if I can be captain. Otherwise I'll get up my own team."
  • Rand Paul made an ass of himself.
  • Kasich and Huckabee both did better than I expected. I guess it's their experience in TV Land showing.
  • Carson was quiet-spoken, intelligent, likable. I'm not sure that will be enough, but if it is he's got my vote.
  • Walker wasn't as forceful as he could have been.
  • I don't take to Christie, not sure why.
  • I don't take to JEB, mainly because I think dynastic politix isn't good for us. I know he did a good job in Florida and was popular with the voters, but we don't need no damn Bhuttos or Sharifs.
  • I liked both Rubio and Cruz. Neither uttered talking points or dealt in one-liners. They were kind of mid-pack in a field of mostly winners.

#2  If party discipline is 'you must vote RINO' (see-Bush II, McCain, Romney), then you have no more party. The liberals lost their party to the socialists, so they took over the old Trunk party. The game is up. Enjoy the oligarchy. Why try to invoke the lie that you really have a say, it's not a republic.

#5  I'm not sold on Trump either. However, he is drawing in a lot of people who have been abandoned by the Beltway Party who are tired of the same old surrender dialogue to make nice not war on those who've been conducting unending war on America and its middle class for over 50 years. They're all to 'gentlemanly' to call socialist for what they really are. That's the first giveaway they're cowed.

#6  party discipline = the candidate is selected in smoke filled back rooms by people who are pros. Not sheeple.

p.s. Neither Walker, nor Perry are RINOS. Curly would be a disaster --- she spent her life dealing with people with IQ > 110. The rest of them are a joke.

p.p.s Better RINO than Huma Abedin running US foreign policy.

#7  I don't know about that. When it all goes to shit I want the socialists to be caught with a firm handle on the controls. The RINOs will give them a chance to blame the Republicans / "Conservatives".

Leading Democrat Donors Haim Saban and Jack Rosen Rally Against Iran Deal
[ALGEMEINER] Rosen released a statement on Thursday through the American Jewish Congress, saying the "burden of preventing Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon must not be passed on to our children and grandchildren," singling out the so-called sunset terms of the nuclear agreement that will allow Iran to become a legitimate nuclear threshold state in 10-15 years.

The American Jewish Congress statement followed a similar one by the American Jewish Committee (AJC) on Wednesday, as more and more Jewish groups urge Congress to use its power to reject the deal and perhaps override Obama's promised veto of the rejection.

Both Saban and Rosen were supporters of President Barack Obama
Ready to Rule from Day One...
and Hillary Clinton
... sometimes described as The Heroine of Tuzla and at other times as Mrs. Bill, never as Another Elihu Root ...
Saban had previously intimated that he was convinced based upon statements from Clinton herself that she opposed the nuclear deal, though, as secretary of state, she made the initial push to get negotiations with Iran underway.

Home Front: WoT
Pentagon's elite forces lack diversity
[USATODAY] Many of the Pentagon's elite commando units -- including the Navy SEALs -- are overwhelmingly led and manned by white officers and enlisted troops, a concern at the highest levels of the military where officials have stressed the need to create more diverse forces to handle future threats.
Precisely why? What do skin color and language disparity have to do with tracking down bad guyz and hanging them with their own guts?
Black officers and enlisted troops are scarce in some special operations units in highest demand, according to data provided by the Pentagon to USA TODAY. For instance, eight of 753 SEAL officers are black, or 1%.
What's the actual rate of application for the jobs filtered by rate of successful completion of the course?
An expert at the Pentagon on the diversity of commando forces said the lack of minorities robs the military of skills it needs to win.
Which skills are those? It's not hard to figure how to set fire to a CVS or to threaten a witness, but it's a lot harder to learn to speak, read, and write Uzbek.
"We don't know where we will find ourselves in the future," said Army Col. Michael Copenhaver, who has published a paper on diversity in special operating forces. "One thing is for sure: We will find ourselves around the globe. And around the globe you have different cultural backgrounds everywhere. Having that kind of a diverse force can only increase your operational capability."
U.S. Special Operations forces have gotten along well with everyone from South Vietnamese to Pashtuns. The fact is, there were damned few ethnic Vietnamese or Pashtuns included on teams. But the guys who were on the teams were willing to a.) go through training that has a horrendously high dropout rate and b.) immerse themselves in the culture of the people they were supporting, whether it meant eating grasshoppers on the wing outside Pleiku or playing buzkashi outside Sar-e-Pul. The training de-emphasizes the troops' color and culture, overlaying it with that of the target area. It's guaranteed that selecting a guy because of his skin color--or worse, an entire team--isn't going to give them a head start in rural Cameroon or Angola. Adding women to a team in Qalat or al-Hit complicates OPSEC and seldom does anything to enhance a mission revolving around strangling wires and knives to the kidney.

Rachel Dolezal saw this one coming.

The NBA and NASCAR are having similar problems, but no one says much about it. I recommend more Jade Helm type exercises. At least our SOF people will look like the indigenous folks and fit it. Ordering cheese grits and 'streak o'lean' whilst dining out also helps.

#2  Can't have it, can we?
Posted by: g(r)omgoru || 08/08/2015 5:04 Comments || Top||

#3  So if we can't find a motivate young woman who can pass the first phase of Ranger School, much less GRADUATE, we think we can find women who can graduate from UDT and SEAL training...excuse me while I shake my head till my eyes rattle.

It is not about diversity it is about being able to perform the mission.

If you read the multitude of things McRaven has said about his SEALS, I think you can say that he doesn't care what race, color, sex, religion, or sexual orientation his SEALs are, all he wants is a bunch of very highly trained and motivated people who can PERFORM THE MISSION.

Personally, let them shove all of the LGBT, blacks, Asians, women, and the like in the door at NAB Coronado, the end result is probably going to be the same...highly motivated young white males with a strong sense of team with the mental toughness and stamina to perform under extreme duress.

The social engineers don't see the process. All they see is the end result. They haven't looked at how many black, Hispanic, Asian men and women have started...they just seem to think UDT school has to be prejudiced to not let a woman graduate when she can't perform all of the essential tasks.

State rep asked aide to hide relationship
[Detroit News] Lansing -- State Rep. Todd Courser planned the distribution of a fictional email alleging he had sex with a male prostitute in a bid to conceal his relationship with Rep. Cindy Gamrat, according to audio recordings obtained by The Detroit News.

Courser, a Lapeer Republican, said on one recording the email was designed to create "a complete smear campaign" of exaggerated, false claims about him and Gamrat so a public revelation about the legislators' relationship would seem "mild by comparison."
Perhaps both stories are true.

Guess which petulant thin-skinned President LEAKED Chuck Schumer's decision against the Iran Deal ?
[Politico] "The White House lit into Sen. Chuck Schumer on Friday for his decision to vote no on the Iran deal and suggested that he's put his clear path to be the next Democratic leader in doubt," Politico reports.

"And a person familiar with Schumer's decision said the senator's allies blame the White House for leaking news from a private call Schumer made to President Barack Obama on Thursday afternoon and breaking a direct request the senator made to the president to give him until Friday to put word out about his decision. The person also noted, with more than a little acidity, that Obama was the only person Schumer told of his decision before the news started to leak out."
A betrayal of both camps. Jeremiah Wright would no doubt enthusiastically support such a strategy. Unfortunately for the dull, petulant Champ, Schumer told no one else and the trap was soon sprung.

The deal will be deemed approved by Congress even if the Senate rejects it 100-0 if only 1/3+1 of the House votes in favor. The Democrats have plenty of maneuvering space.

Passing the Corker bill was the de facto vote for the deal.
