[Gateway] Dominion Voting Systems is in big trouble after the filing by FOX News in its case with Dominion yesterday. FOX News uncovered through its discovery in the case that Dominion’s own employees expressed serious concerns about the security of its machines.
Dominion Voting Systems sued FOX News for $1.6 billion in a defamation lawsuit in March 2021. The AP reported on the suit in a very nasty and biased report.
The AP shared:
Dominion Voting Systems filed a $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against Fox News on Friday, arguing the cable news giant falsely claimed in an effort to boost faltering ratings that the voting company had rigged the 2020 election.
TRENDING: HUGE: FOX News Filing Shows DOMINION Voting Systems Executives Including Eric Coomer Knew Its Voting Systems Had Major Security Issues, Was Hacked, and Was "Riddled with Bugs"
The AP included numerous falsities and biases in its report, so much so that it looked like it was written by Dominion.
Since the 2020 Election, there has been a concerted effort by the Mainstream media to protect the results of the election and label anyone or any entity who challenges the uncertifiable results of the 2020 results as an election denier.
On Thursday, FOX News filed a brief in this case with Dominion Voting Systems. FOX News uncovered some material issues with Dominion and its voting systems. These items were so serious that Dominion employees expressed concerns about these issues.

A quote from the link:
"Don't use machines, because you can never, ever trust them to give you a fair election," Curtis warned. "There are too many ways to hack them. You can hack them at the level that I did when you first build them, you can hack them from the outside, you can hack them with programs that load themselves on the side. It's impossible to secure them.
"You will never beat the programmer. The programmer always owns the universe. And as long as you have machines — I don't care which company — as long as you have machines, they are vulnerable to this."

Same Day Voting, Voter ID, no ballot harvesting and highly restricted absentee voting for handicapped only. Most importantly, energize the local media to honestly report voter fraud and local LE to investigate it aggressively!

Can't believe that'll ever happen. You ever take a good look at the clowns who work for your local TV news outfits?

Actually, technically, they can show you all the source code you want but that is not necessarily the set of instructions that the computer executes. The only way to know for sure what is happening inside a computerized voting machine is to dump it's memory and read the object code, the machine language that the computer is executing. You would need to do that periodically while people are voting in case somebody hacks into it while they are voting. For that you need a computer programmer you can trust and "trust" seems to be the key here. Who can you trust?

Saw a video of a Dominion employee nerd on election day doing something on his laptop, then transferring that something to a thumb drive then load it to a voting machine from the thumb drive.
He was not changing the code. The Dominion employee was changing the votes in the database.

Voting should encrypt off a 10 digit password you make up give it when you vote. After voting it should print the password and your sequence number in the machine Then after the election you should be able to go back and see what vote was recorded for you when you went to vote.
If there is a recount it would be possible to ask each voter, then if needed with their name it should be possible to confirm the s
To make it more complete a separate "You voted based on name and fingerprint should be recorded on the machine and not tied to you ballot.
Then on recounts and questions it should be possible to ask the voter. Then verify with the voters sequence number and password. It would also be possible to disqualify particular voters based on reason, fingerprint or name and sequence number with their vote removed from the count.

He "hasn't shown up" nor has any satellite imagery of the chemical spill's 'down wind drift' been released either. Does anyone doubt it's existence ?

I saw a video of Obama fake drinking Flint water last night. It was really weak. If I were going to drink water from the creek that JD Vance stirred with a stick, I would try to ignite and shoot it. It might kill me, but I would go out as a legend.

[Gateway] Georgia’s Fulton County DA couldn’t tie a crime to President Trump despite 75 witnesses brought in front of a Grand Jury. It was a nothingburger as we all knew going in.
This was all just another witch hunt.
Vernon Jones, former Georgia Representative, shared that Fulton County ONLY found possible perjury charges after tens of witnesses were interrogated in front of the court.
Jones shared on the War Room today that the corrupt Fulton County DA wanted to use a special court used for civil cases to trap individuals in an unjust and unnecessary grand jury hearing.
After 75 witnesses over a 7 month period, they got nothing.
In addition to Jones, Bannon had attorney Mike Davis on to discuss the same garbage grand jury results.
Davis noted that the DA in Fulton County is a left-wing radical whose dad was a Black Panther.
That’s Fani Willis, elected to the position in 2020.
So I think the headline out of this is President Trump is cleared in Fulton County even with his radical left-wing Democrat DA in Fulton County pushing this bogus investigation trying to criminalize democracy and elections.

There are a few places where a jury that includes all Trump haters could be easily assembled- Hollywood.Austin, DC, etc. I don’t think Trump could be railroaded in Georgia. They would need actual evidence.

Raffensperger - himself needs to be deeply investigated.
Given all the PROVEN Voter Fraud in the Metro-Atlanta area and resignations of a handful of Board of Elections staff and management.
When will we see indictments for the dozens and videotaped Ballot Mules, dump boxes of Ballots in the pickup stations?
How about some serious Investigations into the Stacy A. Campaign? Where literally 1,000's of Illegally printed Absentee and Mail-In ballots were found.
Or the well documented case of the NY based campaign worker who left something like 4,500 pre-complete ballots in his Rental car at the Airport?
Or the videotaped vans full of cases of ballots showing up days after the election was over?
Or the Poll Watchers being forced to leave during counting?

Neither a search of the Rantburg archives nor a quick search of the internet reveals links to George Soros’s Open Society or any other of the Progressive megadonors, but Ms Willis is exactly the kind of pedigreed leftwing candidates they like.

[FoxNews] Biden administration official: 'What East Palestine needs is much more expansive than what FEMA can provide'
A Biden administration official told Fox News Digital that it has provided extensive assistance to surrounding communities following the chemical release earlier this month in eastern Ohio. However, the official said the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the agency that usually provides relief to communities hit by hurricanes and other natural disasters, isn't best equipped to support the state's current needs.
"The Biden Administration is mobilizing a robust, multi-agency effort to support the people of East Palestine, Ohio. Since February 3, the Environmental Protection Agency has had personnel on the ground," the official told Fox News Digital. "FEMA is coordinating with the emergency operations center working closely with the Ohio Emergency Management Agency."
"But what East Palestine needs is much more expansive than what FEMA can provide," they continued. "FEMA is on the frontlines when there is a hurricane or tornado. This situation is different."
The official highlighted four agencies — the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Department of Transportation and Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) — that they said are actively assisting local residents on the ground.
The comments echoed a statement made Thursday by White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre who said the administration's priority was the "health and safety of the community."
DeWine's office said Thursday that it has been in daily contact with FEMA, but that the agency "continues to tell" the governor that Ohio isn't eligible for disaster assistance. In response, FEMA said it is coordinating with EPA, HHS and the CDC to support the state.
"The state needed help testing the water and air — EPA is providing it. They called for an investigation into the derailment — the Department of Transportation is on it. The Governor today asked for help to conduct additional public health testing and assessments — we’re deploying teams from HHS and the CDC to get that done," the Biden administration official told Fox News Digital.
"Each federal agency has its own unique role here, and we’ve mobilized an interagency team to get the people of East Palestine the support they need," the official said.
On Feb. 3, about 50 cars on a Norfolk Southern Railroad train carrying vinyl chloride, a dangerous colorless gas, derailed in East Palestine, Ohio, a small community that is located along the Ohio-Pennsylvania border.
The company opted to release the gas from the derailed cars, releasing potentially deadly fumes and other dangerous chemicals into the air, to prevent a disastrous explosion. Local residents were told to evacuate the area during the release, but were assured it was safe to return on Feb. 9.
The EPA and Ohio state officials have assured locals that the air is safe to breath based on their testing.
Experts, though, have expressed concern that the air and water is not safe.
"This really looks like a nuclear winter," Sil Caggiano, a local hazardous materials specialist, told Fox News on Tuesday. "Pretty much, yeah, we nuked this town with chemicals."

So its testing. The DOT which is basically investigating itself. and... more testing and assessment.
The people impacted - well I guess they are just shit-outta-luck. They are told, I would guess by the CDC, that it's perfectly safe. Raise your hand if you trust the CDC anymore.
