Day care worker accused of snapping photos of nearly naked children and sending them to trans-identifying former Dem state rep. in NH
[Blaze] A former day care worker who lives in New Hampshire but who worked in Massachusetts has been arrested and charged after she allegedly snapped photographs of children's exposed genitals and then sent those images to a former intimate partner.

Lindsay Groves, 38, of Hudson, New Hampshire, had been working at the Creative Minds Early Learning Center in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts, when she allegedly committed heinous acts against children believed to be between the ages of 3 and 5. According to a press release from the U.S. Attorney's Office of the District of Massachusetts, Groves took advantage of "natural bathroom breaks for the children," including diaper or pull-up changes before naptime, to take pictures of children's genitals.

The criminal complaint indicates that Groves approached the victims while their pants and undergarments were pulled down. She allegedly asked the victims to pull their shirts over their faces to obscure their identities. She then took photographs of their nearly naked bodies. In at least one instance, she also "placed her left hand adjacent to" the penis of one of the victims, the complaint stated.

BREAKING: Supreme Court Kills Joe Biden's Student Loan Forgiveness
[PJM] *BOOM*
In a decision released on Friday, the Supreme Court struck down Joe Biden’s student loan “forgiveness” plan.

Biden’s plan, which was unveiled last August, mere months before the midterm elections, sought to cancel $10,000 of debt for individual student loan borrowers earning less than $125,000 per year (or $250,000 for households) and $20,000 of debt for borrowers who received a Pell Grant.

The court heard two cases on this issue back in February, Biden v. Nebraska and Department of Education v. Brown. In Biden v. Nebraska, the court ruled 6-3 along ideological lines against Biden’s plan, while it unanimously denied standing in the Department of Education v. Brown case.

Biden’s Education Department utilized the HEROES Act of 2003, which grants the U.S. secretary of Education the authority to let military service members postpone their student loan payments during national crises, previously used to postpone student loan payments during the COVID pandemic. But the Biden administration attempted to use the HEROES Act to forgive debt.

“The text of the HEROES Act does not authorize the Secretary’s loan forgiveness program,” the court’s ruling stated. “The Secretary’s power under the Act to ‘modify’ does not permit ‘basic and fundamental changes in the scheme’ designed by Congress.”

The authority to “modify” statutes and regulations allows the Secre- tary to make modest adjustments and additions to existing provisions, not transform them. Prior to the COVID–19 pandemic, “modifications” issued under the Act were minor and had limited effect. But the “modifications” challenged here create a novel and fundamentally different loan forgiveness program. While Congress specified in the Education Act a few narrowly delineated situations that could qualify a borrower for loan discharge, the Secretary has extended such discharge to nearly every borrower in the country. It is “highly unlikely that Congress” authorized such a sweeping loan cancellation program “through such a subtle device as permission to ‘modify.’ ”

In her dissent, Justice Elana Kagan bizarrely argued that “In every respect, the Court today exceeds its proper, limited role in our Nation’s governance.”

Biden’s plan was widely acknowledged by experts to be unconstitutional. Even House Speaker Nancy Pelosi agreed Biden lacked the authority to forgive student debt. “People think that the president of the United States has the power for debt forgiveness,” she said last July. “He does not. He can postpone, he can delay, but he does not have that power. That… has to be an act of Congress.”

Pelosi only changed her mind after Biden decided to go ahead with the plan, which was widely believed to be an effort to boost turnout of young Americans in the midterm elections that would inevitably be struck down by the Supreme Court.

Sparks fly at California's final reparations task force meeting: 'Now's the time for a divorce!'
[FoxNews] Several of the attendees at the California Department of Justice’s final Reparations Task Force meeting created a scene during the public comment section of the event Thursday, demanding reparations from the board.

Several of the attendees at the California Department of Justice’s final Reparations Task Force meeting created a scene during the public comment section of the event Thursday, demanding reparations from the board.

Several excited California residents took advantage of their opportunity to address the board directly, yelling into the mic that the time for reparations is "now!"

One encouraged the crowd in attendance to raise their fists and chant their desires for restitution, while another stood up and screamed for a "divorce" settlement of sorts between Black Americans and the rest of the country.

The Reparations Task Force meeting this week represented the final one in a series of public events facilitating discussions between California residents and state officials about establishing potential restitution for perceived inequality between African Americans and the rest of America stemming from slavery and centuries of discrimination.

The final meeting occurred just over a month after the nine-member panel officially recommended that California state legislators allocate funds to pay African American residents of the state, according to historical discrimination.

According to the task force's recommendation, certain qualifying Black Californians could receive up to $1.2 million in reparations.

The task force’s final meeting in Sacramento on Thursday began with a raucous atmosphere as the public comment section — the first portion of the meeting — featured yelling from animated public commenters, one of whom got the crowd into a frenzy.

California Department of Justice member Aisha Martin-Walton introduced the public comment section and called up the first slate of speakers. The first, a Black woman, began a tense recounting of how her ancestors were never paid back for their enslavement and never benefited "from the promise of America."

She thanked the task force for their work and praised Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom for having "changed the course of history" by allowing the task force’s work.

The meeting sparked with the second speaker, a Black man named Reggie Romaine, who claimed that what the board had recommended in payments is not enough. He suggested that African Americans get half the country after divorcing from the rest of America.

Nothing will ever be "enough." The desired end-state is Zimbabwe and South Africa. The same betrayal is now underway. Not certain who get the mines and oil fields. Probably some sort of nationalization scheme.

Biden wanders off set as Nicolle Wallace wraps softball MSNBC interview
[FoxNews] President Biden couldn't wait til the commercial break to flee the set of a live televised interview with MSNBC's Nicolle Wallace.

Biden granted the liberal host a rare live sit-down on Thursday, which was largely focused on his reaction to the Supreme Court's historic decision to strike down affirmative action.

After nearly 20 minutes of softball questions, Biden got up from his chair and took the scenic route off the MSNBC set, walking behind Wallace as she teased analysis of her interview to viewers.

Fifth Column
Another Violent J6 Prisoner Reveals He is an Antifa Operative and Communist – And He Admitted it to FBI in Debriefing
1.) In March 2021 ex-Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund dropped a bombshell on lawmakers in his opening statement during a hearing before the Senate Rules and Homeland Security committees.

Mr. Sund testified that according to intelligence gathered by law enforcement groups, members of the Proud Boys, white supremacist groups, ANTIFA and other extremist groups were expected to participate on January 6 and that they may be inclined to become violent.

2.) According to a former FBI agent on the ground at the US Capitol, at least one busload of Antifa goons infiltrated the Trump rally as part of a false flag operation.

Michael Waller, a senior analyst for strategy at the Center for Security Policy specializing in propaganda, political warfare, psychological warfare, and subversion, said he was at the Capitol on January 6 and witnessed:

  • Plainclothes militants. Militant, aggressive men in Donald Trump and MAGA gear at a front police line at the base of the temporary presidential inaugural platform;

  • Agents-provocateurs. Scattered groups of men exhorting the marchers to gather closely and tightly toward the center of the outside of the Capitol building and prevent them from leaving;

  • Fake Trump protesters. A few young men wearing Trump or MAGA hats backwards and who did not fit in with the rest of the crowd in terms of their actions and demeanor, whom I presumed to be Antifa or other leftist agitators; and

  • Disciplined, uniformed column of attackers. A column of organized, disciplined men, wearing similar but not identical camouflage uniforms and black gear, some with helmets and GoPro cameras or wearing subdued Punisher skull patches.

3.) Well known Antifa-Insurgence leader John Earl Sullivan was arrested in Utah after the US Capitol riots. He was caught on video posing as a Trump supporter during the rioting at the US Capitol on January 6th.

4.) Three Antifa protesters from Michigan, including BLM trans activist Logan "Leslie" Grimes, were riding in a car with an illegal firearm on January 6. The Antifa rioters were captured and released and did not face trial for their crimes. At least one Trump supporter is sitting in prison today for the same crime.

5.) Earlier this month The Gateway Pundit interviewed January 6 Antifa whistleblower Landon Copeland from prison. Copeland told The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft that 100 plus Antifa members took part in a planning session on January 5th in the DC area.

#1  So they infiltrated without the knowledge of the Feds. It’s not like they drove in on a bus with a Capitol Police escort. That would never happen..

DOJ Prosecutors Who Allegedly Refused To Charge Hunter Biden Donated To Joe Biden And Kamala Harris, Records Show
[Daily Caller] One of the federal prosecutors who allegedly declined to charge Hunter Biden with tax fraud donated to President Joe Biden and the other gave money to Vice President Kamala Harris while working in the private sector, Federal Election Commission (FEC) records show.

U.S. Attorney David Weiss, a Trump-appointee who led the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) investigation into Hunter Biden, requested the U.S. Attorney in the Central District of California and the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia to each bring tax charges against Hunter Biden, according to testimony from IRS Whistleblower Gary Shapley.

Weiss’ requests were rejected by Biden-appointed U.S. Attorney for D.C. Matthew Graves and Biden-appointed U.S Attorney for the Central District of California E. Martin Estrada, Shapley testified. Weiss requested special counsel authority after each request was rejected, and Attorney General Merrick Garland denied his requests, according to Shapley.
