#4 The military is giving out the free surgery because they need practice for reconstruction after combat wounds. This is a good cause. It includes nose reconstruction and such not just boobs. Besides, if a woman is unhappy with her breast size who is the amply endowed Mary Carey to tell them they are wrong? Whatever makes them happy.
