Kids in India, no matter how poor the family, are precious to their parents. I bet this ~~animal~~guy gets the death penalty. Village justice is strong in small towns, this ~~animal~~guy will die one way or another. Although India is an industrialized nation, there are plenty of, like South America, people that live of the jungle. But jungle dwelling ~~animals~~people eating other humans is, unheard of in India. This is an isolated incident by a sick bastard.
