I find it fascinating that a man of Hershs somewhat dubious accuracy rate can still illicit such high level reactions. There have been similar reports speculating the same scenario yet when Hersh offers his increasingly transparent opinion as news, even government officials are motivated to act in response. His detractors have repeatedly leveled legitimate critiques yet amazingly he continues to maintain credibility with some of the worlds top officials. Go figure.
