#1 The transfer last year of millions of dollars from Britain to a Pakistani charity involved in earthquake relief helped investigators uncover the plot, according to two senior Pakistani intelligence officials. They claimed that a large portion of the money sent from Britain to the charity was siphoned off and ultimately used to prepare for the attacks.
