#4 What's to decide?

1. Add up all the enemies sworn to destroy the USA,
2. Divide the number by the total US Treasury.
3. Complain bitterly"There's not enough Funds",
4. Raise taxes.(The whole idea anyway)
5. Proudly proclaim "I"M a Democrat, the system works."
6. Repeat.
