Hey, Mr. Cartel, don't read the American MSM about the 'failure' in Iraq, I'd catch up on the net that head dispatchers are becoming real rare when the right boys are let loose on yours. Seriously, and speaking as a Tucsonan - the cartels are already here in force - aided by the Mexican cultural tradition of "extended family" which simplifies cross-border business. Our national culture is changing...and not for the better...this is NOT nativist talk...my grandparents came from Russia...they did however willingly accept American ideals, left their superstitions behind them...and didn't spend evey other weekend traveling back to Russia to load up on contraband...
