#1 The city that works. Well, at least the morticians are busy working.

They'd have a Southside Awakening but unlike the Iraqis who were allowed to arm and protect themselves, the Chicago 'authorities' are more happy to process the paperwork as the body count rises.

#3 Actually Chicago's death rate, (123) for the summer period, was nearly triple the number killed in Iraq by hostile fire (42). The remaining 23 deaths in Iraq during the summer period were due to non-hostile events.

#6 Keeping the dead active on the voter roles falls under the heading of General Administrative Assistance. The rest of the time, they are just fixers and bag men.

#7 Besoeker, I think they prefer the term "Cadaver-Americans". Very patriotic bunch, they are. Never miss an election. Sure, they might get a touch confused from time to time and forget that they've already voted.....five times, but they just love their country so much that they get a bit carried away.

I am sure several community organizers will be right by their side, helping to secure their precious constitutional rights, no doubt. A very oppressed group like Chicago's Cadaver-Americans need all the help they can get.
