They're way up in the Andes, and all they can produce that anyone wants is cocaine (Bolivian marching powder). Morales is quite proud of the local product, too.

Of course, they're not smart enough to do the marketing/refining themselves....that's where the Colombians come in. That 'splains why he didn't threaten to cut off Israel's supply....that threat could only come from Bogota. ;)
