#1 That's why I only burn mine in a small can of sterno. The can will contain the bang especially when I get rid of my surplus M80's and blasting caps. I like to watch! Up close!

#3 You want to 'Kill' a bullet, take a pair of pliers and remove the slug, DO NOT CLAMP IN A VISE with the slug removed, pour out the powder on the ground and simply throw what's left in the trash, the primer is relatively harmless by itself.
