ARCLIGHT would be more effective, 3dc. There isn't much that will burn in Somalia that hasn't already been turned into charcoal. Problem with the entire idea is that there are still some 250 hostages being held, and there's no guarantee they wouldn't be killed in the operation. Better to sail a brand-spanking new ship, low in the water from a "huge" cargo, with 50 or 60 marines and weapons aboard. Let it operate between Port Said and Mumbai, back and forth, until the pirates take the bait. It won't be long, and it definitely will be a one-off operation.
