#3 Maybe there should be a meeting at some undisclosed location at, oh say 12:30 AM or so, and after alerted by a tingly spidey sense, random shooting would erupt, in which the principal miscreants ( wanted on at least 12 systems) would stop a bullet. Their accomplices, how-some-ever, would just melt away into the night.....
