Pragmatically, "THREAT TO CHINA" = is because it will induce BOTH NUC-HAPPY ISLAMIST IRAN + MILITANT GROUPS TO REDIRECT THEIR JIHAD + MIL ARSENALS TOWARDS CHINA.
