#5 Uncle Muammar may have to accept some kind of formal Partition of Libyuh, + Resources-sharing wid the Rebels in return for staying in political power.

I don't see Muammar or the Libyuhn Rebels making any sort of mutual compromise as per Electoral = Constitutional Republicanism-Democracy unless Muammar agrees to become a nominal figurehead + give up the bulk of his political power???

IMO given a choice, Muammar will prefer to die in office = power.

#6 Well the oil is not flowing and I don't see that changing anytime soon. So much instability in many areas of the world now. When can you remember so many countries dealing with riots. Without oil the result will be higher prices for everything and more instability. Then add food shortages. Well then we will have a fine mess. This is a pressure cooker with no relief valve.
