As someone whom witnessed the original SIRIUS EVENT + OTHER SOLAR FLARES, ETC. PHENOMENON since the 1960's, ITS TRULY EMBARASSING OR HUMILIATING IN MY CASE TO SEE THE LACK OF INTERNATIONAL PERT CONSENSUS ON THESE MATTERS.
