#1 Bernie is actually a Socialst, and was elected with that Party title on the ballot. He caucuses with the Donks, because..well, caucusing with other official Socialists would be lonely. It's a subterfuge, but "cute" to his constituents. Assholes

#4 A good argument can also be made for a BALANCED BUDGET in the Constitution, wid or widout need for any formal Congressional or Fed statute.

SO WHY THEN, ARE US CONGRESSCRITTERS ROUTINELY DISSING THE CONSTITUTION, AKA "LAW OF THE LAND"???
