#4 Too da** close by any standards. Was the picture worth that amount of risk???

These rare bear-on-human attacks usuall seem to happen in late Summer and Fall. Generally the grizzlies are getting hungry at that time to put fat on their bodies - preparing for hibernation. Not a good time for tourists to pretend they are Natl Geo photographers.
