Yokay, I'll bite, IIRC "10,000" troops option was the minimum best "safe" option for the US come 2014 - by this scope, "9000" troops is LESS-THAN-MINIMUM AKA "LESS-THAN-SAFE" DESPITE THE 1000-MAN DIFFERENCE???
