By "difficult relations", are we talking cultural, drug-and-gun-running, or smuggling into and from Gaza, or the usual third-word government neglect?

You would think a can of gyppie whoop ass would shortly be opened leaving none to tell the tale.
Then there's the youtube vid of Egyptian paratroopers jumping, more or less....
