1. It's what the article title says. Neither Fred or "Rantburg" made it up.

2. The opening paragraph reads:

A 10-year-old girl is facing rape charges from playing an alleged game of doctor with a group of children from her housing complex.

Now maybe it's me, but that opening paragraph rather backs up the headline, no?

#12 This should not have made it out the front door of the house, let alone all the way to the police station. Is there no common sense anymore? Honestly. Sticking a ten year old with a felony. Great. As if this kind of behavior is any kind indicator of how they will turn out when they grow up.
