#7 ....chagrin. It is a brand new police chief. Got dodo handed to him just coming in. The real black humor is that the county sheriff invited 'COPS' to film with his personnel and the city council and members of the county board have been bitch'n that it would give the city a bad image in attracting business. This, of course, goes viral worldwide. The problem is not 'COPS', it's the lack of ROEs and discipline.
