I watched, it was murder, plain and simple, You need a new Police Chief, and a overhaul of the Police Department, a couple of Murder convictions wouldn't hurt either.

....chagrin. It is a brand new police chief. Got dodo handed to him just coming in. The real black humor is that the county sheriff invited 'COPS' to film with his personnel and the city council and members of the county board have been bitch'n that it would give the city a bad image in attracting business. This, of course, goes viral worldwide. The problem is not 'COPS', it's the lack of ROEs and discipline.

Plus they just shot another guy last night who was attempting suicide. They told him to drop the gun that he had to his head and as he started to drop the gun they shot the hell out of him.

Because, based on personal experience, when one travels, denizens of many countries outside the US will recognize "New York" (i.e., Manhattan) but not the other places. In fact, when asked where one is from it's easier to say "New York." Unless you're a leftist; then the answer is "Toronto."

The Obama administration will grant extra time to Americans who say they are unable to enroll in health care plans through the federal insurance marketplace by the deadline set for the end of March, Fox News confirmed Tuesday.
All consumers who have begun to apply for coverage on HealthCare.gov, but who do not finish by Monday, will have until about mid-April to ask for an extension, federal officials told the Washington Post.
The Washington Post reported that users will have a chance to check a box on the website indicating they tried to enroll before the deadline, though the government will not try to determine whether the person actually made an effort to sign up. System crash extension. And they still think you want to let them handle the complexities of your health.
