#1 The Foreign Ministry said that Schabas’s appointment to head the panel proved that Israel cannot expect justice from this body. Does anyone seriously think that a fair probe will come from the UN? For one thing, the focus already has a premise that war crimes were committed and that maybe they were committed by Israel--no mention of kidnappings and murder of Israeli teens, rocketing of Israeli citizens for starters. Go investigate ISIL where real atrocities are being committed. Too risky? Israel should tell the UN to go bugger themselves.
