#4 Slow in Detroit also. This slowing in trend may be attributed to a significant decline in population over the years. The weekend in the Detroit area, a man was shot while sitting in car outside Detroit seafood market. Investigators are also investigating a triple shooting in Warren. Also a man was killed, another wounded in shooting at a Detroit tire store.

Most of the shooters just 'unload' in a general direction without taking any real aim. Sort of like 'Spray & Pray'.

Prolly don't go to the NRA Gun Safety classes, either.
