#1 None of what the Champ says or does is meant to defeat ISIS or radical Islam. His intent is to recapture media attention. Every move or statement he makes is a scripted event designed by a PR firm for one purpose only, that being the control of the media and the message.

#2 Unfortunately, 'wag the dog' strategy doesn't work as well in the internet era (see Pelosi and Reid desperately try to put that to an end).
