#1 Oh, how one wishes ROEs (aka politics) had allowed US Forces to round up the imams, blow up the materiel gorging their mosques and flatten the mosques. The easiest way to concentrate the snuffies in preparation for dispatch is to target their combat commanders, their imams. Snuffies will close around those commanders like guards around a queen and now, voila, a very large high value, concentrated target conveniently convened.
