OTOH, as per #8 I have to wonder where are Russia's SPETNATZ + Grozny's security forces, espec the SPETNATZ???

Are the Spetnatz not in Grozny because they're mostly deployed helping the East Ukraine seperatists in Donetsk + Logansk???
