#3 I think those are F-4Es. I don't think any of the Turkish jets were reconfigured for reconnaissance (thus the "R" designation). Most of the recce versions of the F-4 were the RF-4C vintage. The US still has a couple of squadrons of RF-4s in the Reserve forces. Don't know what the Turks use for reconnaissance...

#4 I wonder how old these specific aircraft are/were. The base model is almost as old as the B-52, & might need more TLC than is normally available from Insh'allah mechanics.
