#8 I think the UN has deteriorated from clueless to delusional on Yemen.

On a scale of 1 to 10 on the deteriorating situation scale, Yemen was at an 11 in February and is not streaking toward a 15.

Hello UN, the situation cannot get any worse, except maybe a tidal wave, typhoon, earthquake or ELE level meteor strike.
