#1 OK, let's look at the 'crime scenes'. One of them was drunk and fell downstairs on New Years eve. (I suppose it's a possible.) One of them was hit by a truck while bicycling to work. (Once again, a possible.) The third was struck by lightning. (If the oil companies can manage that, don't be screwing with them.)

I'm betting it was someone who was just fed up and annoyed with these GW/Climate change nuts. The other explanation is the left did it to further their cause--sacrificial lambs for the cause. After all, with these apparatchiks, the end justifies the means. Another explanation--it never happened.

#5 The headline is the message. Most never actually read the articles on things like Drudge, so the message that someone is murdering climate scientists slides, snakelike, into the national awareness, despite being utterly untrue.
